The rooms were very clean and open, with large windows. There was a pool and sauna. The staff was really helpfull. Also Issac and James puts on a great pub crawl!!

Clean, comfortable, en-suite every room, manager was friendly to make up for very inept guy who seemed to man the desk alone non-stop for 48 hours. I was informed it was unlikely this guy would be employed there for long.

The manager / owner of the hostel was on hand most of the day, and was always happy to jump in and fix any problems straight away without any fuss.

Completely new, nice colors, comfortable beds, very clean, there's a pool.

Staff is the nicest I've ever seen, really professional and well prepared, even that the number of people working was often not enough for the amount of people check in and all. The hostel is brand new and even though that was sometimes a problem because a lot of thing was not yet done and ready, the facilities were all clean and proper. The big complain we had was the lack of warm water in the shower during most of the day.

everything was super new, fresh, clean...the paint, the furnishings, the computers...the staff was really nice (i was told i had a brilliant surname!), it was a short walk from the tram...definitely staying here again if and when i go back to prague next month!

Clean, new hostel with great staff that are very helpful and welcoming. Even printed me out a map of the next town I'm headed to. Internet is free, breakfast is free.
