 The facilities of this hostel are amazing and is a great place to meet new people. Its clean spacious and has a pool for the summer.

large rooms, lots of space, warm, sauna - ok but only boys inside, swimming pool was closed, it's not in the centre but you can easily walk downtown, area quiet and cheap shops and restaurants, great staff at reception - the best i've ever come across. i strongly recommend this hostel.

Staff were very friendly and polite. They were happy to arrange taxi's for you. Wide range of things to do

The rooms were okay (big and clean, with big windows) but the beds are on metal frames so they creak at the slightest movement. The staff were friendly but didn't seem to know very much about the tours that are advertised there. Don't bother buying the combination locks they have on sale - they snap easily and so offer no real security.

The excellent price, the restaurant, the location (out of center but direct to down town by bus or tram), the kindness of staff, the advertise about taxi prices for our confort. The Sauna is good, but the pool is cold :) Excellent, I would recommand it absolutly! In high season, there must be great atmosphere!!! Parties in the big restaurant.

The hostel felt safe and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to its size it was a little impersonal and harder to meet people although this was not a problem as I was with a group already. The kitchen had very limited facilities: microwave and sink - no hobs. Thankfully the staff allowed us to use our own gas camping cooker inside. The hostel didn't loan locks for lockers and the ones they sold were a bit overpriced and flimsy - we bought a much better one at an ironmongers just down the road for the same price. Luckily we were travelling with bikes, but if you don't want to pay for public transport it is a fair way to walk to the tourist hotspots. We were able to lock up the bikes outside in a private yard where we felt they were safe. The price seemed acceptable for what we got although a few little changes would make all the difference.
