The Golden Sickle Hostel is in a townhouse. In the house you have to enter each room from the balcony. We offer 46 beds. The rooms arel dorm rooms and private apartments with cable TV. All rooms are fresh, sunny, new, clean with modern interior, almost all are ensuite, but there are cheaper dorms with shared bathroom and kitchen. Towels and bed linen are free, the rooms and bathrooms are clean. There is a fully furnished guest kitchen and a lounge with free internet and TV.

The reception is open from 9 am to 9pm. If you will be arriving outside these hours, please let us know we will wait for you. There is no curfew or no lockout though. You may be asked to put down a deposit for room. We have free internet access and WiFi, free safe box, free luggage storage. On arrival, you will get a free city map with alll information about Prague. We also offer city walks. We will let you choose your breakfast (on request), offer reduction for food in nearby restaurants, or prepare a packed lunch or dinner for you. We provide landry service; there is a hair dryer and iron and board service and phone booth for your convenience. The house is children & pet friendly, we have information service, common room, minibar at the reception.

Perfect Location:
Central:: next to Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske namesti), minutes from the main train station, just a few stops from the intnl. bus station and easy to access by public transport from the airport. We are the left far end of Vodickova street, house # 10, 50m on left side of the street from the station Vodickova, an entrance into a courtyard between a bar and a shoe store, look up for our blue banners.

From the Main Train Station:
tram 9 :: 3 stops to Vodickova station

From the Holesovice Train Station:
metro red line C :: 4 stops to Museum :: change to green line A + exit to Vaclavske namesti + to Vodickova street :: any tram 1 stop to Vodickova station

From Florenc Bus Station:
metro red line C :: 3 stops to Museum + change to green line metro A :: exit to Vaclavske namesti + Vodickova street :: any tram 1 stop to Vodickova station

From the Airport:

At night:
Lazarska is a central stop for all night trams :: 50m outside the front door, so you will easily get back home from anywhere in the city
