Liked: Very nice room, really clean, and the owners are very nice and friendly people. Evrything was really better then expected.

Liked: nice localisation, quite and calm, big room, kitchen with basic equipment

Disliked: poor curtains in the windows in our room (in the basement) - every light in the courtyard and in the room opposite to our room causes lightness in our room (especially difficult when you try to sleep), very expencive parking in the garage - even than hostel's crew informed before

Liked: Good location

Disliked: It is like an old apartment turned into a hostel. There is no one in reception after 8 pm and before 10 am.

Liked: Location to centre of town

Disliked: Not very clean at all, reception was barely there, seemed very disorganised, no way to get to reception when checking in unless another guest opens the gate by chance, shifted us to a different room on the second night and moved some of our stuff.

Liked: nothing!

Disliked: everything.. room was dirty, the mirrors have cracks, it smells of cigarettes, amenities was dirty... you dotn feel safe.....

Liked: The location was great! and the rooms were ok, all beds different but confortables, two bathrooms quite clean. We didn't use the kitchen so we can't say anything about it.

Disliked: The "living room" was a disaster and smelled like cigarrettes! and food!

Liked: Location was THE ONLY thing to like about this property.

Disliked: The door handles kept falling off. A team effort was required to shut the bathroom door in order to shower with a shut door (a solo traveller COULD NOT HAVE SHOWERED in privacy). You had to develop your own special techniques to lock the toilet door without the handle falling off and not locking. Room door handle fell off REPEATEDLY. Reception VERY RARELY attended - they weren't there when we wanted to check out. The cleaner was the only person present at one time and she seems to have had some reception responsibilties foisted on her as a result - but no training given. One staff member was oblivious to when checkout was. No smoke alarms regardless of the number of ashtrays around the place. Our room was in amongst long term residents - it was like living in a disfunctional flat (dirty dishes left for days and rubbish left overflowing). We could not check out until staff arrived (as we did not have a key to this part of the hostel) an hour after check out - so we had to come back so that we didn't lose too much of the day to waiting for them. The sheets and towels all smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. The bed linen, pillows and duvets didn't seem overly clean either. We had to swap rooms on the second day as they had put us in the wrong room (which we could not do until they turned up after 1100 - which took much of our day away).

Liked: We had booked a double private and a dorm for 3 of us, they upgraded us to an self contained apartment. clean and tidy.

Disliked: no towels. Not easy to find the hostel.

Liked: There were keys to get into the main building area and an additional 2 keys to get into the other building and the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The room was dusty and the bathroom was not well taken care of. The shower curtain was falling apart and there were no soap, etc supplied and the nothing was checked after each day.

Liked: the hostel is basically a converted apartment, so its very quiet and very small.

Disliked: oddly rude staff, plumbing problems that made the hostel smell like a sour out-house

Liked: It's location is very good to go most of places of Prague easily. Also, it is silent and safe.

Disliked: The room and especially bathroom is not clean. Bathroom is very uncomfortable.

Liked: Only the location, nothing else.

Disliked: Toilets not cleaned. No 24 hour hot showers as promised. Many things promised on hostelbookers was not realised.

Liked: Location is perfect, it is safe and the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: It wasn't very clean and since smoking is allowed in hostel it could be tough for non-smokers.

Liked: The rooms were secure, all with individual keys, and there was a kitchen for everyone to use. It was a great central location, but away from the main noise of the city.

Disliked: There was hardly ever anyone at reception, so when we arrived late the first night, we were waiting half an hour to be let in! Then we wanted to pay the next morning, but no one was there, so luckily we returned later when they were. Also, our room didn't have big enough curtains, so we couldn't close them fully, and the light from the kitchen came right into our room.
