This place was great, the buffet breakfast for 50 korunas is well worth it and the staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean and so are all the facilities, and the bar downstairs is a great place to hang out and meet other travelers. My only qualm about the place is its location from the centre of town. It's a good 15-20 minute walk to the city centre and there are no other sights in that area so you really have to either get a tram or metro or go on foot to get to somewhere interesting. The only thing close by is the tower with the babies around it.

This turned out to be a good choice for my stay in Prague. While it's in Praha 3 and an uphill walk from the train station, the location has its advantages as its in a more quiet and residential area of Prague and it is easy to reach other parts of the city through the excellent public transportation system. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hostel has an excellent bar and the breakfast was good. Would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and offered me a complimentary beer on arrival. The free internet was a plus and we were even allowed to keep our luggage there for the day after our checkout time.

Did see cockroaches in the room but I have a high tolerance for creepy crawlies, Most of the lights in the room didn't work (1 small 40w light in the whole room), away from all of the touristy part of Prague but easy 10 minutes walk.

Hands down beast hostel I'v ever been to!! Very clean, great place to meet people *amazing infact*, very cheap, all you can eat breakfast!! Not great if you want a private room as there are mostly dorms but a great place to meet other travellers :) Wednesday night they do a bar craw...All yo can drink in the hostel bar before you go out, the owners take you around different bars in Praha where you get a free shot inbetween each bar!! This is where we ment most people, definatly worth going on. The location is fab to, right near tram lines to get to old town and other attractions. The all you can eat breakfast was a life saver... not a horribly early breakfast either, so its possible for a suitable lie in ;) The prices was very reasonable as well, If you want a mega cheap room there are dorms of 24 beds which are pennies cheap. Very secure, each bed has its own locker and there is some1 on the desk 24/7. Love this hostel, will definatly be returning!

The breakfast in the morning is brilliant, provided you don't use the sugar shaker as it contains salt! Staff were very helpful and good that there was always someone there if you had a question. Pauls free walking tour which starts at the hostel is a must! At busy times there was not enough water for everyone to have a hot shower and the hostel was not exactly party central like it advertised but this could have been due to it being a quiet period. The hostel also charged a lot more money for the bar crawl than you will spend on drinks and club entry if you go it alone.

The biggest dorm had a lot of beds but wasn't cramped at all, in fact very spacious, so long as you don't mind scaling the many staircases.

The dorm room we had was great - quite large and airy with amazing views over the city. Loved the crazy decor through the whole place. Beds were pretty comfy too! There were lockers in the room but only small ones. We paid for breakfast as its really quite cheap (less than 2 euro) and we got cereal, bread, jam, juice, yoghurts, eggs...Bar was a lovely space. We tried to walk back one night and got totally lost is a weird bit of town (and apparently we're not the only ones by far) so beware of that but the metro is only a short walk away. There's a handy food shop round the corner. Free internet was useful. Really nice staff - very laid back atmosphere.

The cleanliness is alright, staf as well I just would'nt recommend cause isn't as close to downtown as it seems to be and after the public transport closure about 12:30 the only way to go back is by taxi which is an adventure since that taxi drivers don't speak english.

This place is not really the "party hostel" that it's cracked up to be. There's a cozy downstairs bar, which is nice, and they organise pub crawls but somehow it all seems to fall a bit flat. It's a perfectly nice hostel, lovely staff, free internet, and cheap (which is what really drew me), but to be honest you might as well pay a few extra euros for one of the far more convenient places in town.
