The Hostel reception is open from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Outside this time period the hostel is locked and guarded by a camera system. The reception services are then provided by our sister hotel Roudná (about a 3-minute-walk from the hostel). The Roudná Hotel’s reception is open 24/24. There you can also get the key to your room. A refundable deposit of CZK 100 is required for the key. The keys must be returned to the Roudná Hotel by 10 a.m. at the latest. The Roudná Hotel reception is also a place where we will be happy to give you advice or answer all your questions.
