Liked: A historical building, which adds to the charm of the place. I came as the only person in the room, so my experience may be different from others.

Disliked: Just using the key, which can be tricky to use.

Liked: We loved the location. We also enjoyed the flexible check out time, that we could borrow towels for free, and the murals on the walls.

Disliked: The hostel had poor customer service, a construction mess inside, we saw a mouse, there was a gross bar downstairs, and the facilities were worn down. Also, we made a reservation through hostelbookers and they had no record of it when we arrived.

Liked: Very well located and rustic furnitures that I loved. Somehow my camera charger and one blouse disappeared. I can not say that I was robbed but it was very strange because I had these things in my bag and also because it's the kind of stuff you wouldn't think about missing. I would go back to this place.

Liked: atmosphere and location is really good, cleaness is okbut service is not goodfirst, I reserved one double bed but I got four single bedbut it's ok since we could use more space than expected and the worst problem occured next morningalthough I said we were going to leave early in the morningthe staff locked all doors without letting us know how to open the doorsand we stucked in the darkness to find way out...of course, that made us really upsetas long as you check in late evening and check out when anyone is in reception, the hostel is worthy to staybecause during daytime finding the enterance for reception is not an easy workbecause of the darkness of restaurant enterance as well

Liked: Situated -right- in the middle of the Old Town, in a beautiful, quaint old building.. A real joy to be that close to everything this little 'big' town has to offer..Thumbs up :) ... a real winner :)

Liked: the hostel was really cool and in an ideal position, I was really disapointed in most of the staff, while some were good others were happy to watch you waiting in the reception for 1/2 hour while they sit outside and smoke, but all that said I would still stay here again

Liked: Good location close to the square. Warm-hearted stuff is helpful. Its decoration is like a maze. The only problem is there is no curtain for the window, although normally nobody will inspect you. You can meet various friends if you join the bar downstairs during evening, or use the kitchen for cooking.

Liked: LOVED the breakfast. so good to have a hot cooked breakfast, free tea and coffee with it and cheap! we started in a dorm then moved to a double. dorm was fine double was great. place was clean and could get washing doen and a bus to austria from the hostel. right next to old town square
