Liked: Really cool hostel. Best place to stay in Cesky Krumlov. Staff are great. Awesome place!

Liked: the place is neat & clean. fantastic view from the window. nice kitchen & dinning room

Disliked: They took us to another building which is about 5 mins walk from the stated property. But it's ok. not so far, just needa walk up the slope

Liked: We slept at the Pension, not in the hostel. The atmosphere of ancient times catches you as soon as you enter the courtyard. Moreover the room we slept in was really cozy. Really confortable pillows and big shower. Very slow price!

Disliked: In the bedroom we found covers and duvet covers, but not real blankets on the matrasses. The reception works only after 11am, so if you want to leave before 11am, you must tell the owner in advance.

Liked: very clean room, comfortable bathroom, quiet, nice view, tea in the kitchen

Disliked: we couldn't find the right door, but the receptionist helped us, we would prefer a united matress...

Liked: Stayed in the private room (which apparently a lot better than the dorm rooms) which was AWESOME. Had the place pretty much to ourselves, the kitchen is great, the backyard is lovely, fast internet, cosy rooms. Definitely recommend

Liked: The stuff members are really friendly. It's a clean hostel.

Disliked: The location is good but the road reach to the hostel is not so easy. Because it's typical stone road in the town. Really bad for my suitcase rolls.

Liked: Great location in the heart of the old town just next to the only grocery store in the the center. The kitchen is very well equipt.

Disliked: There is no staff during the night so I would not like to have any emergency situation in that hostel. Shared dormitory is really tiny.

Liked: amazing value, comfortable bed, amazing location, really nice staff, reliable free wifi.

Disliked: shower has very weak pressure, sensor lights go off too soon in the bathroom (while you're still sitting on the toilet!) - these probably need to be adjusted.

Liked: We stayed in the separate private ensuite. Great location and very quiet. It was very close to the centre of town and had a nearby supermarket.

Liked: Nice location and staff, who were helpful when I arrived late and phoned me back when the line was busy. Free internet and wi=fi

Liked: Great location, good kitchen facilities, nice cosy rooms. The garden and balcony overlooking the river were great as well!

Disliked: Loos got a bit stinky at times, and only the downstairs kitchen had a microwave.

Liked: The rooms were nice, clean kitchen and free internet. Also a lot of info on what to do in and around Cesky.

Disliked: Some staff couldnt speak good english so hard to communicate. not a great atmosphere as no real area people could meet and talk.

Liked: Nothing like! This hostel is very dirty, room small and with poor service and facilities so is NOT recommended.

Disliked: The room is very dirty, small, and with many insect bite us at night! The staff is not helpful and the old man just left our passport unattended after passing to him. The open toilet and bathroom is also small, dirty and the light will turn off suddenly when you are bathing!

Liked: great location, cheap, room overlooking the river

Disliked: bedsheets are old, there's no luggage room so you have to leave your stuff anywhere, without locking it. i also couldnt find anybody from the staff when i arrived so had to wait for more than 10mins until someone appeared

Liked: Nothing, only the male staff is friendly.

Disliked: toilet smelly, dirty, water was come out from the bathing area.. And the toilet paper very smelly..

Liked: It was in a great location, so close to the main square and right on the river. Our room was like an attic, very cosy and cute, quite nice!

Disliked: The bathrooms were filthy and the kitchens were tiny. There weren't enough toilets or showers for the amount of people they could accommodate. Staff weren't there all the time. The woman who booked me in was incredibly rude when I checked in and it only got worse. Rude is an understatement actually.

Liked: Location, location,location. This was a return visit, both to Krumlov and Merlin, and best experienced up close and personal at the heart of the old town.
