Liked: Hostel99 was in a great location at the start of the town, so it was very easy to get around everywhere. The staff were super friendly and happy to give advice or help with everything. I would love to go back and stay here.

Disliked: That I couldnt take advantage of the rafting facilities because it was too cold. My fault for visiting in winter.

Liked: I was one of three people there... So it was really good having pretty much everything to myself! Location is just inside the old town and it's really easy to find.... Everything was clean and the doonas were comfy!

Disliked: Realllllllllllllllllllly quiet- summer would be a different story

Liked: Staff were lovely and helpful. Such a cosy, friendly and warm atmosphere. Cesky is gorgeous, could have stayed longer!

Liked: Everything about this hostel is just so perfect! Good beds, toilets, friendly staff and the whole cosy homey feeling that you get while you're there. Location is good as well as it is easy to find and it is at the start of the town so you could practically use it as a good starting point to explore Cesky Krumlov. It is just too good to be true.

Disliked: Yee Min left no negative feedback.

Liked: easy to find, the stuff was very friendly and helpful, it was clean and you can find everything you need in the kitchen

Disliked: There's only one lock on the front door, no more in the room

Liked: The dorm rooms up inthe attic are very cool with their wooden beams and 600year old staircase!! Free tea and coffee! Tv room, kitchen. Good facilities and not too far fro mthe train station.

Disliked: Nothing really. No locks on the dorm doors but there are wooden lockers if you want - bring your own lock. Just lock your bags. It didnt feel unsafe.

Liked: Really good place to meet people - definitely do the rafting pub crawl. Good restaurant attached - cheap and tasty. I think the private rooms are a better deal for your money though.

Disliked: No real complaints.

Liked: Very welcoming and cosy feel, best location possible and has great facilities. Great computer room where you can actually charge your phone/ipod etc and fast browsers. I enjoyed my stay here and relaxed.

Liked: Very friendly staff. I felt like I was part of a family. Beautiful hostel with lots of character. Amazing rafting pub crawl. Excellent facilities. My favourite hostel in Europe so far! I have already recommended it many times

Liked: One of the best hostels I have stayed at. The couple that run the hostel are amazing. They even do your laundry for a small fee!! They also run a rafting pub crawl which was AMAZING. Best pub crawl ever. It is not guided so it is very flexible for everyone. Highly recommended

Liked: I reccomend everyone this hostel, is perfect. The atmosphere is unbeatable, the owners just lovely and really nice. Even if you want to have lunch, dinner or just take a wine close to the hostel is the perfect restaurant. I only can say, Cesky Krumlov is HOSTEL 99 :).

Liked: The restaurant downstairs serves decent breakfast for 99 czk.

Disliked: There is no owner onsite between 9pm to 9am. There is ONLY ONE SHOWER CUBICLE for a house crowded with people. I booked a bed for 8-bed dorm but there were 11 beds and 11 people sleeping in the dorm. The doors to the rooms have NO LOCK - the only door that is possible to lock in the whole hostel is the front door, which is basically left open except after 9pm. There are very few lockers - only less than half the number of people staying, which essentially means NO LOCKERS. As for the steep crooked wooden stairs, small windows, etc. I can understand since it's an old house. But I do at least expect accurate representation - when I pay for an 8-bed dorm I expect there to be 8 people in the dorm, not 9, 10, or 11. Thanks.

Liked: Cool old building with no bank beds

Disliked: No keys at the room, only the main entrance and the door is alreays open. One incidence - I paid the entire fee at the check-in, just like any other hostels but at the check-out, I was told I hadn't paid. I've explained that I did and at the end I did not need to pay again though the receptioninst guy did not look too convinced. This place does not accept credit card and I did not receive any receipt that I had nothing to proof. Ensure you request your receipt to be on the safe side.

Liked: i liked the charm of the property and the rafting pub crawl, free beer wednesdays was a plus. great people, the restaurant has good food with plenty vegetarian options. great selection of movies for rainy days or early nights

Disliked: wished breakfast started before 10am and wished there were lockers in the rooms.
