Liked: Great hostel with friendly staff and a lot of atmosphere.

Disliked: Rowdy and loud and full of aussie 'bus-about' travelers, avoid if you don't want to party! Very hot rooms and no fans..

Liked: Great staff, great location and very easy to find. Warm welcome on arrival, and had a plan for my time in Cesky immediately. Kitchen and communal areas are great, and with a pub / restaurant next door with reasonable prices you don't have to go far if you don't want to.

Liked: It is so close to the bus station for a start (always good when backpackiing!), you are greeted by very friendly staff (thanks Brendan!), has a pub/restaurant next door and people checking in and out of the hostel makes it a great place to meet and make new friends. Plus the hostel itself has so much character with exposed wooden beams and steep staircases and lofts in the rooms...plus no bunk beds! Great stay, definitely reccommend!!

Liked: I cannot write more highly about a hostel! This is a fun home-away-from-home in a beautiful location. Take a raft down the river, and account for spending a couple of extra days to hang out in this fantastic hostel. Clean, great staff!

Liked: You have to stay here in Cesky!! Amazing hostel, fantastic staff. extremely homey, lots of fun!! The Loft rooms upstairs are amazing..

Liked: All was great, good communal kitchen, TV with DVDs to relax, lockers (no padlock but hostel lent us one for free) EXCEPT no hot water. Freezing water, not even luke warm, not fun when its snowing outside. Also staff were smoking inside, right near lounge area. Great location, closest hostel to train/bus but still in town centre

Liked: The hostel was nice and quiet but the staff there were always trying to push certain restaurants etc on me... and even though I had booked online they said that they couldn't find my reservation. good thing it was almost empty, they just put me in a room. all in all it was totally fine, comfortable and in a great location.

Liked: The owners are lovely & quite approachable for anything & everything! theres a tv & dvd to chill at night or an open fire outside, perfect for those chilly winter nights! a guest kitchen is a bonus & internet is at a minimal charge for the entire stay! ask about excursions, theres plenty & be sure to do the pub crawl down the river! :)

Liked: Great Location, great facilities, great place to stay! Restaurant 99 and Deli 99 had fab food all within a few metres of the hostel. Best thing by far was no bunk beds!! Had an amazing time on the rafting pub crawl despite none of the bars being open. Hope to return one day in summer to experience that again. Would definately recommend to anyone in Cesky Krumlov.
