Hotel Arcadie is located just 100 m far from the square of Český Krumlov and all important sightseeings can be reached by foot.
The hotel´s building, built in Gothic style in the 14th century, used to be one of the largest buildings in the town. According to historical sources a prominent family of famous stonecutters from Krumlov used to live in this building in the 16th century, later the building was inhabitted by many small tradesmen. Despite its interior restoration and modernisation works the hotel has kept its historical spirit.
