Liked: An very friendly and welcoming old lady. Though he doesn't speack English, she tried to help and she is sooooo welcoming.

Disliked: The location maybe less convenient compared to other hostels located to the centrum. But it's quiet and easily accessible by just 10 min walk up the slope.

Liked: This guesthouse is clean and quiet, with every basic amenity. The hostess is very inviting; although her English is poor, her smile and warm handshake speak volumes. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices and homemade cake. The walk into town is not long, however it is uphill home at night. It's a lovely city and we would definitely recommend Pension Zavodsky.

Disliked: European bedding is quite different than North American, and we wish that we had had one more sheet on the bed. That would be our only complaint, and that's just a case of cultural differences.

Liked: Very helpful and cheerful lady at the reception. She was very welcoming, and attended to our every need. Would definitely recommend this pension to other travellers. Homely feeling, and cosy.

Liked: It was lovely, the Owner was very very welcoming. It was it a nice quiet area only a short walk into the town centre.

Liked: Everything! The owner is fantastic, breakfast was great, location was perfect. It's a short but lovely walk into the town, and staying closer to the train station is great so you don't have to carry backpacks/luggage up the hill.

Disliked: Nothing. Best stay of our trip!

Liked: We loved the owner. She's fun, kind and very hospitable. She doesn't speak any English, but don't let that put you off. Very close to the station and a short walk from town. Stay here for a cosy night for a couple. Free beer on arrival too.

Disliked: It's not a hostel so don't expect to meet people

Liked: Very lovely lady runs this. Very clean. She cant speak english but is so warm and accomodating

Disliked: is a 10 minute walk from centre but only minor issue. a nice walk up the hill and close to train station cancels this out.

Liked: This place is amazing! We loved the owner. She doesn't speak much english at all, but its not a problem by any means. She is fantastic. We had a gourmet style breakfast every morning, cheese and meats yogurts and bread, tea and pastries. Room was lovely. Very comfy bed and blankets. Really clean and great bathroom shower was amazing. Nice and quiet.Owner was really the biggest selling point of this place, she was simply fantastic. We got hugs at the end!one quick note: its a perfect location coming from the train station. But in terms of being in the town, its a little bit of a walk from the house. But it was nice to stay out of the main town. Would highly recomend

Liked: It is true that the lady who runs this Bed & Breakfast is amazing! She is so friendly and warm and makes you feel right at home.Rooms are clean and sufficient, and the B&B is located in a quiet area of town not far from the centre at all. In fact I quite liked the walk into the old town, because the views are amazing.Parking is easy, just on the street. It was a pleasure to stay here and EXCELLENT value for money!

Liked: The host was absolutely lovely, limited english but she knew enough to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Clean nice rooms with towels and comfortable bed. Short walk to town. Traditional brekkie was good too

Liked: As mentioned by almost everyone previously, the owner is lovely. Full of life, happy to help when able, made great attempts to communicate despite her limited English and was extremely clean and tidy.

Liked: Nice hostress, a friendly granny! Full breakfast included. Quiet and just next to the bus station. And only 7 minutes' walk to the city. The restaurant recommended is really good.

Liked: it was so nice staying here! we had the apartment for 4 people (in the attic!) its really homely and the lady who owns the guest house is really lovely she made us breakfast and did our mountain of washing even ironed all the lads boxers! would definitely recommend this!

Liked: It was quiet, the breakfast was good, and the owner was really sweet and packed up our breakfast for us to take with us on the train. What she packed for us lasted until dinner.
