Overview

A beautiful colonial style hostel in the historical heart of Trinidad.

The casa is run by Carlos and Rebeca who is a very good cook. Ask to Rebeca especially for her "langosta en salsa" and her "camarones en grillé".

There is more though: you can try a lot of others exquisite dishes. Ask to Carlos for his "puerco asado" (meat) or his "pargo asado" (fish).

The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and sheets are changed frequently. You can have your clothes washed an ironed without any problem.

The house has also a patio, living room with television, DVD and hi-fi.

Guests can also enjoy 2 beautiful and panoramic terraces.

The house has many furnishings and objects of the colonial age and is listed in the Lonely Planet guide.

The house has 3 bedrooms for rent:

- bedroom 1 has 1 bed and can sleep two people. It has air-conditioning, electric fan, fridge and 1 independent bathroom with warm water.

- bedroom 2 also has 1 bed and can sleep two people. It has air-conditioning, electric fan, fridge and 1 independent bathroom with warm water.

- bedroom 3 has 2 beds and can sleep up to 4 people. It has air-conditioning, electric fan, fridge and 1 independent bathroom with warm water.

All the bedrooms are in the house where all the family live, eat and sleep.

Location Information

The house is located in the Trinidad historic heart, between Viazul pullman station (300 metres, 3 minutes walking) and Parque Cespedes.

Those visiting the 500-year-old city will find Spanish colonial architecture in Trinidad, underscoring a colonial ambiance that marks the tiny city one of the country’s greatest attractions. Only a few square blocks in size, historic Trinidad is famous for its lovely, cobblestone streets, pastel coloured houses with elaborate wrought-iron grills, as well as majestic palaces and plazas. The city can be toured in a few hours, by foot or by horse-drawn carriage. The city is near both the Escambray Mountains and the Caribbean beach.
