Liked: It's located in a quiet neighbourhood 30 min walk from the Malecon but just few min by taxi. Breakfasts are great and the homemade "juco" (fruit juice) is the best you can have in Cuba! Petronila and Rosa are lovely, welcoming and very helpful. Rooms are big enough and clean. If you need help to arrange your trip around Cuba just ask Rosa for some contacts!!

Liked: Two very nice and hostpitable little ladies who took care about us. Very good breakfast with a lot of fresh fruits, juice and the best coffee we had have in Cuba. The flat is nice and has a beautiful balkony, the room is friendly and comfortable.

Disliked: You should speak at least un poco spanish to communicate with Rosabel and Petronila, the location is quite far out the city center (30 minutes walk from La Rampa, by taxi you'll reach Vieja in 15 minutes for 1-3 CUC) . But if you prefer a quiet and green neighborhood it's perfect.

Liked: Clean an confortable. Petronila and her daughter Rosabel will make you feel like home, she was like a granny who wants to care you and feed you

Disliked: It's a little far from where action is, like old Havana or Vedado (addresses with letters) but for this reason is very peaceful

Liked: Petronilla and Rose are such wonderfully warm and welcoming women. The made us feel so at home, looked after us when we were sick (food poisoning from the restaurants) and made us the best food we had in our month in Cuba.

Liked: Really nice hosts, comfy beds, clean and safe. The breakfasts were awesome especially the fruit juice. Very easy to get the bus into the centre of havanna. Would definitly recommend to everyone, couldnt have felt more welcome.

Liked: Petronila and Rosabel are lovely and very welcoming,we particularly liked being able to sit on the balcony. The breakfasts were very good. A little Spanish would be useful but not essential, quite a long way from old town but taxis very reasonable.

Liked: A calm place with a nice green balcony. The hosts are sweet and friendly, and we were able to understand each other even thought they didn't speak english. The house is about an hours walk from the Central Havana or ten minutes with taxi, in a pleasant suburb.

Liked: This was the best homestay we stayed in in Cuba. Petronila and Rosabel the ladies that run the homestay were absolutely fantastic. They became our surrogate Aunties in Cuba, they were enormously welcoming and looked after us brilliantly at their homestay treating us like family. The rooms were great, clean and tidy and with their own bathroom. The dinners and breakfasts they made were excellent. and the portions big enough to mean lunch was never necessary. They helped us organise our next sets of accomodation and these recommendations were also excellent. At each stop on our itinerary they called through to make sure that we had arrived safely. We returned again on our way back to Havana before flying off and were very sad to leave. Cannot recommend their homestay highly enough.
