Liked: Nice room and bath. Friendly family.

Disliked: They only spoke Spanish. Only hot water once in 3 days

Liked: Everything was nice and clean, and the 3CUC breakfast available was very good.

Disliked: My only complaint was that the door was locked at a certain hour and to go in or out, we needed to buzz the owner and wake him up to unlock the gate. Since I'm a night owl, I felt a little locked in.

Liked: Great location, in the middle of cuban life, balcony to the street from the living room, close to Malecon.

Disliked: Bit loud in the night, beds not the most comfortable ones.

Liked: Miriam was such a nice and helpful host. the rooms were clean and comfortable and the patio and backyard are really beatifully equipped. when we came back to havana Miriam arranged us another nice accomodation because her rooms were full. but we had a really good time at her place and i would definately recommend it!

Disliked: the only slightly annoying thing was the sound of the air-con, but we had that everywhere in cuba and with earplugs you didn't hear it, so it doesn't really count.

Liked: Our host was an amazing person. He really took time to explain us everything. In the room was a mini bar with pricelist. Everyzthing was also clean and i felt safe in this house. .

Liked: very clean, 15 minutes walk from the center. Amazing family, English speaking (Yali). Very helpful with getting hostels in other cities in Cuba. Food was delicious!!! Enjoy!

Liked: We stayed for second time and must say felt like home after visiting other towns and staying in places with bad conditions. Lovely breakfast with good Cuban coffee in the mornings!!

Liked: The house was really marvelous, large, we felt safe and different from many other houses where you have to practically bump into the owners every time you move.

Liked: It is run by a father and his daughter - both very helpful and delightful people. They gave us a good introduction to Havana and we returned there for a further 4 nights before we left Cuba

Disliked: As in most of Cuba there are no few signs displayed to show you where it is.

Liked: The owners were very friendly and basically organized our whole accomodation throughout Cuba. The house is gorgeous old colonial style and located three blocks from the Malecon.

Liked: Good place to start your trip in Cuba. Received some explanation and warnings about Cuba in general. Location was good, short walk to downtown. Safe en friendly (English speaking) hostess. Sets the bar for further casa's on your trip.

Disliked: We asked for the offered taxi service and even though the driver was waiting for us, the airport police did not allow him to drive us as he did not posses (all) taxi papers.

Liked: Hi, the property is in newly refurbished in an entirily colonial style. It is really clean and nicely decorated. The family who runs the place does everything to make the stay even better giving out honest adiveses about places where to go and where to eat. The daugther, Yallyle, speaks fluent italian and english so she is really helpfull. The place is really cosy and really good value for money.

Disliked: I cannot think anything bad about this place. i wish i could always find places and people like them averywherelse i go

Liked: This is a great family to stay with, if I could give them a 150 % for hospitality, I would. My boyfriend got sick while we stayed there and their helpfullness was limitless, whether it was guiding us to the hospital or preparing special meals. Furthermore it was also very secure and with only 10-15 minutes walk to the center.

Liked: You shouldn't be put off by the location in Centro Habana, which is safe and nice, and you'll get to see how the Cubans live. The house is nice, very safe, with very friendly staff. After a few days I left to Vedado where there is more night life and culture.

Disliked: They do not allow Cubans in and are very strict with this rule. I guess it's very for safety reasons.

Liked: we enjoyed everything abut our stay at casa miriam. the owners are lovely and very helpful. the house itself, rooms and living area, is lovely, and the location in centro havana is ideal, from here we were able to walk to evrywhere we wanted to. we would definitely recommend this casa to other travellers and we even stayed here twice ourselves, once at the beginning and then again at the end of our trip.

Liked: House looks great, it's very clean. Room has a bathroom and a fridge with drinks for a very good price. Our hosts were very helpful, and they gave us some good tips about Havana.
