The Casa Novo, where we hope you spend and enjoy your stay in our country, was built in 1900. It gives you conserving the architecture and furniture of the time.

We can coordinate and make reservations for you, in reliable rent houses all over the country; places like Trinidad, Viñales, Baracoa, Santiago de Cuba, etc. All of them offer you quality services. The beautiful beach of Santa María del Mar is at only 20 minutes driving from our house, and we can offer you transport.

Accommodation Information

Our house offers you two wide and comfortable rooms in a first floor, with air conditioning; fan, television, refrigerator and a secure window to the street. We can speak with you in English and Spanish.

We are sure you will enjoy our house and your staying here.

They both have private and independent bathroom with hot water. There is a delicious breakfast offer, for only 3.00 CUC, dinner and laundry service. In our house you can also sit back and enjoy the balconies, dinning room and sitting rooms. The ceilings are very high (around 4 meters height) to give better temperature and allow the winds across the house.

The payment is in cash; sorry we can not accept credit cards.

The price of the room is 25.00 cuc per night per person, the same for one or two people.
The check out is 2:00pm and check in is 12:00, but if you need to leave or travel later because your ticket time we can keep your luggage in safe place until your leave and if you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage and walk around until room be ready, all for your happiness.

Location Information

We are in the center of Havana, what allows you to travel important commercial and historical centers just walking, it is only at 10 minutes from the Historical Helmet of Havana and Vedado, at 5 minutes from de Chinese Town, as well as at 50m of the famous thematic Restaurant ¨La Guarida¨. Other important places as the Hospital ¨Hermanos Ameijeiras¨ and Havanan Pier, are really close to our house.

You can also enjoy from the double floor tour bus that leaves from central park (10minutes walking from our house) and travels trough the most of the city by a nice price per day and stopping in many places all around.
