Liked: Casa Lily is delightful place to stay. In an excellent location with great views over the city. The casa is spotlessly clean. Lily and Ramone are most welcoming and very helpful with information about Havana as well as arranging accommodation for Vinales, Trinidad and Sana Clara. A filling breakfast is available, which is served on the balcony overlooking Avenida de los Presidentes. A good place to meet other guests and swap travel stories. Internet and an ATM are available nearby and there are plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance. Casa Lily will leave you with wonderful memories of Havana.

Disliked: Nothing - Casa Lily is first class.

Liked: That's a wonderful place to stay in Havana. Cosy and clean room with great view to the city. Lily is very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast is sereved on terassa with amazing view to the ocean. Lily is a good cook, so dinner in casa never dissapointed us as well.

Liked: Casa Lilly was by far the best place we stayed in in Cuba - the apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, clean, in a beautiful quiet location, with fantastic views from the balcony looking out over Havana and down to the sea just a few blocks away. It's in close walking distance to amenities and nightlife and very reasonably priced. Best of all though was Lilly and her family - they were some of the friendliest and most helpful people we met in Cuba. We felt perfectly at ease and at home as soon as we arrived, and there would always be someone on hand to answer any questions we had about Havana and Cuba, or to help us with our travel arrangements for moving on. We had a delicious breakfast on the balcony each morning, which was also a perfect spot to sit and relax with a book in the evening. Having a key to the outside doors for the apartment as well as the room key made coming and going at all times easy, and did meant it did not feel as if we were intruding if coming in at awkward times. The rooms were both clean and spacious, and generally felt like a home away from home. I will definitely go back to Lilly's the next time I'm in Havana, and defintiely recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in the city.

Liked: It has a great location and a great view of the sea. Very clean and comfy.

Disliked: Sometimes the elevator doesn´t works, but this is can make you meet interest people while trying to use the service one.

Liked: Beautiful apartment, great location, it gives you the posibility to choose from a wide range of activities within a 5 block radios, you can find a museum, a night club, two theatres, the Amadeo Roldan where the national philharmonic orchestra plays every sunday and the Bertolt Brecht where you can enjoy daly showas from jazz to trova, a couple of restaurants, and of course the havana malecon !! it takes no more then 10 mins in a cabe to get to "la plaza de la revolucion" and old havana ... The rooms are very clean (daily housekeeping), breakfast is great, lilly was of a great help providing helpfull information and tips on where to go and what to do. I strongly recomend Casa Lilly for anyone who like to taste all the delights that Havana have to offer.

Liked: I had a great time at this casa. The room was very clean and nice with a good bed. It was quiet at night. Breakfasts were awesome! I experienced Cuban hospitality first hand, Lilly and her father were great hosts, very helpful and patience. There were other travelers staying at the casa, all nice people. It was great talking to them on the sunny balcony.

Disliked: everything excelent!

Liked: Casa Lilly turned out to be a bed and breakfast in Cuban style! Charming family, nice and centric area. English spoken by everyone at the house. It was great to have my own clean bathroom and air conditioner. I see no reason why to stay in a hotel in Havana. The way to go is to stay with a family, you will get the best value for your money. I highly recommend Casa Lilly.

Liked: I love the views from the apartment and specially Lilly and Ramon' hospitality. Since it is hard to get information in/of Havana, they were a great help. They speak perfect english and of course have great local knowledge and contacts. They helped me book my tickets to my trip to Vinales and connect me with other Casas. The room was very clean, neat and cozy. Beautiful tiles in the washroom.

Disliked: There was nothing that I disliked about this property.

Liked: Beautiful place, charming view, lovely family. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, breakfast on the balcony was great. Lilly and Ramon are very friendly, they provided us with a lot of tips on places to visit, and arranged us a cab late at night to the airport. Casa Lilly is located in Vedado, the city’s downtown. When we first arrived to Cuba we stayed in old Havana but after we came back from a trip to Santiago de Cuba, we preferred to stay somewhere else. Vedado is cleaner and safer, much more green spaces then old Havana !! The best choice we could have made to end our trip to cuba :)

Liked: Lilly and her parents are a lovely family who speak english well. They were helpful in sorting out my bus ticket and making local phone calls for me. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast available whilst I stayed, I'm not quite sure why, which was a bit disappointing as it was one of the reasons I booked this particular casa. The apartment is lovely, with wonderful views of Vedado, my room large and beautifully decorated. You can get the hop on hop off tour bus for $5 from outside the Hotel Presidente which takes you on a trip around Havana

Disliked: Too far from the centre of Havana - a $5 taxi ride each way. No breakfast at this particular time.

Liked: Very clean, Martha is a very kind and helpful person. The rooms are comfortable with AC, lots of area to lounge around. Excellent view from the floor, can see for a long way out over havana. Short taxi ride to old havana.

Liked: I highly recommend Casa Lilly. Delicious breakfast, clean, comfortable and charming Casa. Lilly went above and beyond in order to help us with a few problems we encountered. Thank-you very much Lilly! You are a very kind, caring, calm, helpful and generous lady! Your Casa is beautiful!

Liked: Casa Lily is on the 13th floor of a high building located in Vedado area which is one of the nicest neighborhoods of Havana , just 5 mins walk from the La Rampa and about 10 mins taxi ride to the historic center. The view from the balcony is amazing and having breakfast in the balcony is a pleasure. Lily's father is a really good man, very friendly and helpful and has a grandson, a cute baby fun to play with :)

Disliked: Our bed was squeaky, moving in the bed was making a pretty bad noise at night!

Liked: This casa is a collaboration of various floors in the building. We stayed in a room on the 5th floor. The room was large, had airco, a proper sized bathroom and a large bed. The breakfast was good (eggs, fresh fruits, bread, juice, tea). The owners of casa Lily (13th floor) were very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: During our last night in Cuba, we stayed at casa Lily again. Only this time we were put in a room on the 17th floor. This room was smaller than the one we had on the 5th floor, lacked glass in the windows (just the typical wooden "blinds") and because of this the room was very windy and humid, even though the airco was running. Next to this the bed was pretty small and there was no hot water in the bathroom. So the casa was good, but make sure you're put in a room on the 5th or 13th floor!
