Zaostrog is a small coastal town and is located approximately half way between big tourist centers and cities Split and Dubrovnik. Zaostrog is 30 km south of city of Makarska and 25 km north from the city of Ploče. Hostel Eklata is located right in the center of Zaostrog right alongside the main beach.
To reach Zaostrog take the main and only road that goes between cities Split and Dubrovnik and you will see the entrance to the town of Zaostrog. As you enter Zaostrog continue straight on the main and only road down to the sea front and the center of Zaostrog. Make a left and continue alongside the main beach for about three hundred meters and hostel Eklata will be on your left. Before you arrive to the hostel you will pass by the Franciscan Monastery and museum of St. Mary.
