Liked: it has exellent location, it is in the very heart of the Zagreb, but has no noise that goes with it. the owner is super friendly and hellpfull. it was winter time but the heating in the room was superb,the room was very clean.

Liked: Good location near train station. Close to the center.

Liked: Owner is v friendly and helpful. Room was pleasant, air-con was great and bathroom was OK.

Disliked: Owner doesn't live at the property, so make sure you let him know in advance when you are planning to arrive. Not the best location, did not feel secure at night having to walk into a pitch black side road.

Liked: Location is great. Walked to it from train station and walked to city center. Right In the middle of everything. Didn't need any transport. Air con in room. Free wi-fi. Homely. Private double with private shower and toilet was all nice and clean. Towels provided. Small TV. Nothing glamourous or flash but was a cosy room. Young guy who checked us in friendly and helpful. Cheap and cheerful.

Disliked: Main door from street doesnt lock! Only your room door that locks. Although we still felt safe and left valuables in the room no problem.

Liked: The room looked really nice and it is situated very close to the main center and railway station.

Disliked: There was no kitchen and the floor was very dirty.

Liked: Great value for money and really close to the train station and the city centre. No need to use any public transport to get anyway which is really helpful. Rooms are standard but not too bad for what you pay.

Disliked: For some reason the owner didn't have a record of our booking. Luckily she had a spare room but it could have been a huge problem if not. The window didn't lock and the rooms had no atmosphere. They were pretty much just a room off the street which was a bit weird.

Liked: Very close to the centre, welcoming and helpful staff (beware, the manager is not on site, but was easily contactable). Slightly worn.

Disliked: No cooking facilities, either private or shared: this may be of concern to some guests.

Disliked: TV had bad signal, not secure if window open due to ground floor location.

Liked: It would be nice if there was more information about how to get into the hostel available for people when they arrive. Be prepared to call the hostel owners upon arrival.
