Liked: value of money?

Disliked: i couldn't find the hostel! i went to the address stated on the website and it was a dormitory. i asked around and nobody, even the dorm staff at the front desk, knew about the hostel. plus i sent more than 3 emails to them before my trip for changing my booking, and i never got any reply.

Liked: Was ok hostel but not in the centre and not very fun. too big with no area which could really be called a common room. good for one nights stay after arriving from the station

Liked: rooms were nice, the bathroom had rotting wood and the shared bathroom thing was a bit complicated, was easy to find but its way out of the centre

Liked: Rooms are great. Some staff members are friendly.Level 2 kitchen was left completely dirty for ages and I spent 30 mins cleaning it before I could cook a single meal.Also, the rooms only get cleaned once you checkout so sharing a bathroom with others, I didn't like much, sowly for that reason.Overall, nice cheap place to sleep and rest.

Liked: clean hostel that is only a few tram stops away from the centre. to far to walk though. we travelled in a group of 3 and booked a four bed dorm and expected to all be together. however, the rooms only have 2 beds in really with a bathroom connecting to another room next door. so not really a 4 bed room.

Liked: Nice, clean place to stay. The rooms were comfortable and very clean in deed. A bit far from the city center but you can take a tramway and get to the city center in 15 minutes. Doesn't really have anything special in terms of the character of the area it's located. Could be a good choice to stay in Zagreb.

Liked: The hostel was good for those wanting to spend a couple of nights in Zagrb. Unfortunatly the hostel is a little far out from the city centre so you can end up paying a lot for transport to and from the city. Other than that the hostel was clean and staff friendly and it was useful to have free internet access.

Liked: It's new and quite big, so the staff did not seem as routined as in other places, but everyone is very friendly, the place is really nice (especially if you're travelling with two persons, because they have these neat 2-person-bedrooms) and well reachable via tram. You can even walk to the city if you're willing to walk a little longer.

Liked: very poor hostel. they expect you to leave your keys with them as you leave and to collect them they are in a bowl, anyone could pinch any key. also they keep your passport which is not locked so easily stolen. overall very unprofessional,

Liked: i liked the moderness of the place, but staff were way unorganised, they didnt check us in for 3 days even though we continuously told them, they lost our passports briefly and then blamed us for checking out late even though the said it was ok to do so! other wise good for transport to city centre.
