Liked: the staff was nice and friendly and they give us information about the city. the common room was a great place to rest and to meet people.

Disliked: too few toilets and the hot water was not working properly.

Liked: Generally an all round great hostel. The location is good, the staff are very friendly and the hostel is very clean. The common room/social area is brilliant for chilling out and meeting the other guests! They sell alcoholic drinks and even have a 'Happy hour' . :DGreat value for money!!

Liked: They were very helpful, they had double booked our room, but had arranged for us to stay in him mums appartment right in the city centre for half the proce so we were very happy. Very good, the hostel looked nice and cosy like the pictures, but as we didn't stay there I can't comment on that. I would thoughroughly reccommend downtown yard apartment where we did stay as it is a similar price for a much better location and could have happily stayed there for longer as it had well equiped kitchen and nice bathroom.

Liked: Unfortunately we were only able to stay here for a night but wanted to stay in Zagreb longer. Hobo bear had no room but arranged for us to stay in another fantastic hostel. They didn't have to do this and went out of their way to help us which was brilliant. After a long day of travelling there, they pointed us in the direction of the best pub/restaurant in town and were extremely helpful. The place itself was gorgeous and completely unexpected. Amazing facilities and fantastically clean and about 5 minutes walk away from the main square.

Liked: Everything - a hostel that simply has everything you need - lockers in dorms, good beds, a kitchen, a great chill out area, cheap drinks and good internet computers. Located fairly centrally and within the free public transport zone too...

Liked: The location is perfect with lots of stores, restaurants, cafés and even the flea market on sundays close by. Basically everything is in walking distance. The appartment was nice and clean and the washing facilities were fine. The room is a bit small, but quiet.

Disliked: There was a bit of confusion when we arrived. Nobody was at the hostel and they could not be reached by phone either. However, this was probably due to plumbing problems they had.

Liked: The staff were amazingly helpful and organised our bus trip to Plitvice Lakes for us. They joined in the chat and were knowledgable about public transport in the city. Petra even put on the porn channel for the boys ... lol
