Liked: The host bought us some lavender in a bag because we complained.

Disliked: We went to the address and had to call a phone number; after waiting for 20 mins a man appeared from nowhere and asked us to follow him to another location where we stayed. I had low expectations because it was cheap but I have never seen such a poor building. The whole house was lop-sided, the windows didn't open/shut properly the room was damp the mattress was painfully thin. In the bathroom the boiler took up most of the space under the shower (which to be fair was hot).

Liked: I would recommend this hostel with the reservation that it is reasonable for a short stay - you get what you pay for! It is convenient to the bus and rail stations.

Disliked: No cooking or common room facilities.

Liked: The place is very familiar. Good for families. We found the place very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly. Read the directions given at the hotel weblink to found the place.

Disliked: Everything was fine.

Liked: Well, it was good for a one night stay only. We just needed a place to sleep and leave our bags.

Disliked: It was not very close to the center. It is not very clean and it does not have a good atmosphere. We stayed in two bedrooms in a house that was in the garden of the house of the owner. The house had strange things like, bricks underneath the beds, black paint or whatever it was on the floor, the windows did not close...

Liked: I cannot rate the property b/c we never ended up staying at it.

Disliked: I can say that I disliked the way things were handled. I made a reservation with hostel bookers, and then b/c he had so many bad comments and reviews I thought to try and email him. I wanted to avoid the problem of getting there and him not being around, as many reviews had said. But he never replied to any of my emails. We still decided to go (we're pretty laid back people). He wasn't around. Thankfully, the wonderfully kind bartender at the cafe nearby helped us out. He called Roman who told us to go to the room place across the street. In the end, we had to pay more than we were expecting - the new room was wonderful and even had its own bathroom so I was fine with paying extra but still... the whole thing was kind of unpleasant to go through.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Room was very small, saw the owner cleaning and he was using an old dirty mop, bathroom stunk of piss, we didn't even hav showers because it felt so dirty. There was an old man staying next to us and all night long he was making noises, throwing up and would go toilet with out flushing. Overall was not a good experience.

Liked: The owner didn't speak the best English, but we could comunicate with him perfectly. Our bed was huge! The shower worked really good and the hostel was really close to the Bus station. The tram is next to the hostel, and if you want to walk is not more than 15 minutes to the center.

Disliked: There is not a real reception or counter. Some of the stuff needed to be repared.

Liked: Owner was really friendly, turned up as soon as we rang and drove us to his place. Right next to the main bus station.

Disliked: I don't know if the main hostel was full, or if it is done routinely, but we were staying in a room at the owner's house (although we had made a booking in advance). It smelt a bit funny and was not especially clean. However, it is what it says it is, and would still recommend.

Disliked: place was not ready for us. owner didnt fix problems inside our room, so we have to stay in different room. main feeling of olace that it was not hygienic.

Liked: Quiet, clean, recently redecorated, owner friendly, offered free laundry when we enquired

Disliked: We arrived in the morning off a night train and ended up waiting for ages until we got to our room. perhaps it was unlucky, however the nearby cafe staff who we asked to call him said it happened frequently.

Liked: Our train arrived late and the owner was very friendly about letting us in.

Disliked: The toilet seat and blinds in the room were both broken. They are such small things to fix which indicated to us that the owner didn't really care about guests' comfort.

Liked: It's very close to the bus station. If you are travelling early the next morning it's a very convenient place to stay. But only in that case.

Disliked: It's very unconfortable, especially the beds, old, dark and very expensive for what they offer. I'd only stay there if you are taking an early bus the next day, as it's almost opposite the bus station.

Liked: Cheapest place we could find. Close to bus station.

Disliked: Property was filthy, bed sheets were unwashed, squished bugs were splattered on the walls. Shared bathroom was dirty and stank. Staff was rude and unhelpful. We were woken up in the middle of the night by a man who said he was "the boss" and demanded to see our passports. After leaving the property I developed a painful and itchy rash - either due to the dirty, unwashed sheets or the spiders and mosquitoes which crawled all over the filthy room.
