Liked: Everything is fantastic , howerevr there are few thing need to improve like water leaking, tv ( no colour ) and internet facility. I will stay there if given second chance to go to zagreb

Liked: The location is great and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are a bit gross. They smell funny and the water does not drain from the shower properly. The rooms are fine, but are mostly underground. We would not recommend this place.

Liked: I did not like this property at all. It is not clean and everything was broken. The mattress were really bad and very old. When you complain about it they do not do anything in order to fix it.

Liked: Our room was very clean and in a pretty good location although it was a bit of a walk to the centre. The main problem was that it did not feel very safe at all, though im not sure of that was because of the hostel itself or just the area the hostal was in. The woman on reception was very friendly and helpful

Liked: The position of the rooms to the bus and tram station. I felt the staff went out of their way to help us, by storing our rucksacks and phoning our car rental company

Liked: It was noisy with the traffic because the room had a big shopppingwindow and felt very small and bad air. The beds felt very uncomfortable and hadn´t any sheet.

Liked: The wonderful staff and boss who couldn't do enough to make my stay happy including the boss's private mobile number should I get lost or be in an emergency while in the city.Also spotlessly clean. In my room I had a big tv------pleasant as there were so many English and German films with Kroatian sub-titles.

Liked: The location was excellent and the owner was extremely kind and friendly even offering to pick us up if we needed a taxi. We met him in a coffee bar the morning after we checked in and he paid our check.
