Liked: Nice and friendly staff, and good localization, close to the bus and railway station. We spent only one night in the hostel but were reallly satisfied.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: Not far from train station and bus stop and not to far from main town area Nice new, clean washroom facilities

Disliked: Not much character Have to pay a surcharge if not a Member of Hostelling International andn ot sure what benefits you get of HI hostels over over types of hostel to be honest!

Liked: This hostel was super comfortable! I stayed in a 6 bed dorm with my toddler age daughter. The guests and staff were all friendly with her. It was fine oh except for no AC :) It was hot through the night. Bathrooms were clean! Two showers per gender per floor so not bad. Great location to train station. Bus station easy to access by tram and center is also not a far walk.

Disliked: We were not able to use the computer because there was always a line and no time limit but the staff helped us with our travel questions and decisions.

Liked: Decent facilities - clean tidy and up to date. very good location in Zagreb.

Disliked: Hidden charges about joining some sort of backpackers society otherwise you cant stay - didn't advertise that. No lockers - Didn't advertise that you have to go to the train station to put them there. Also on entering the counter staff will be rude and obnoxious to you regardless of who you are, and no fun, laughing and happiness past 8pm.

Liked: Only stayed for a short night on our way home from the seaside, so we chose this hostel for its proximity to the railway station. The room was fairly comfortable & very clean, like the bathroom. Many people here mentioned that there is only one key to the rooms, which is true, but there are individual lockers inside the rooms.

Disliked: Was quite noisy because of the café terrace across the street.

Liked: A localização era boa. O preço é baixo.

Disliked: Quando chegamos a nossa cama não estava feita, tinha ainda os lençois de outras pessoas, tivemos de pedir lençois novos e fazer a cama... no final entregamos as chavesw 1 hora depois do check out, ficamos sem 8 Euro montante dado para garantia. não me recordo de nos terem avisado sobre tal coisa.. Enfim pelo menos pudiam ter em consideração a historia dos lençois... O hostel é velho

Liked: excellent location near the train station which was good for our early train! Also close enough to walk into old town

Liked: The beds were just perfect. Room, the floor, WC and Shower, everything looked clean and nice. It was very close to the railway station, so if you intend to stay just for one night it is very recommendable.

Liked: The location of the property. Also its a very busy place so allows you to meet and mix with plenty more travellers from all countries

Disliked: The reception only has 2 computer terminals so waiting for the computers can be a problem. Also there are only 2 showers per floor. (one ladies,One men) so you can be waiting very long for a shower.

Disliked: you only get one key per room so the door was left open while people are sleeping if someone is out of the room

Liked: very central location so great if your getting trains but still a 10 minute walk if getting to the bus station.

Disliked: anyone can just walk in and only one key for each room. also if you don't have a youth hostel card they charge an extra fee for the first 6 times you stay which was only about 2pounds but i thought it would only be the first time. I have stayed at youth hostels twice so far and was surprised when i had to pay again.

Liked: really good location, right near the main train station and tram lines.

Disliked: no kitchen or laundry services, also only one communal key per dorm room which was very irritating. Wouldn't recommend if you want to meet people.
