Liked: Not in the exact centre of town but also not too far out. 20 Mins walk to the main square or a short tram ride. Clean hostel, lots of space in the dorms and nice kitchen. Skype phone to make free calls to land lines.

Liked: I like how safe and secure it is. With high tech lock in the front door, keys for each room and for lockers. The hostel is very clean. Also i like the heat in the hostel cause outside was freaking cold. The hostel in well located but not so much. Taking a tram you can be in the middle of the city.

Disliked: Atmosphere really bad. The common area is very small, theres no music, everyone was doing their own stuff and nobody was hunging out. Also i hated when in the morning the girl who was there got into the room i was sleeping in and started talking very loud, seems she was checking in 3 persons at 8 in the morning. The second morning she started changing the sheets and cleaning at 9:30 in the morning, time in wich a girl and i were sleeping in the room. One morning i went to the reception to ask for some info about places to go to have lunch and stuff like that and there was nobody working and the lights were turn off. The thing was that this situation ocurred at 10:30 in the morning.

Liked: Its a nice clean hostel with very good security. Full kitchen and common room helps as well.

Disliked: Its a bit far from the main part of the city, but Zagrebs quite small so it didnt matter that much anyway.

Liked: The staff was nice and helpfull and most the basic needs were there, like a washing machine, a computer with internet and a van. And also free coffee, thea and you could make phone calls for free (which is nice but we didn't really need that).

Disliked: Except for the basic needs there wasn't really anything extra, like a little table or closet space (we didn't have any so we just put our clothes on the floor). Also it was a bit far from the centre, which could be unpleasant sometimes because the trams sometimes stops running around 11 oclock in the evening. The walk back takes about 30-45 minutes.

Liked: It's got everything you basically need. Staff are nice and helpful, and it's a pretty good location for trams, shops and markets. its got a kitchen, too. So you an eat cheap as well as stay for cheap!

Disliked: 1 shower per floor, but wasn't a problem at all.

Liked: you can make calls on landline for free, they have a kitchen, very helpfull staff, good tram connection, common room

Disliked: if you have problems to fall asleep these mattresses are nothing for you... very uncomfortable, laundry costs more than 6 euro, and its kind of hard to find, do not count on the Zagreb-map wjhich is in circulation

Liked: Welcoming, clean and pretty central

Disliked: Didn't have any tea and coffee in the kitchen when there was meant to be, but this wasn't the end of the world!

Liked: The staff were very friendly and it's close to the main tram and bus routes to access most of the city. The double bed was also very comfortable and there was a private balcony.

Disliked: Rather noisy at night and had to share a bathroom on each floor between about 8-10 people.

Liked: Very clean, lovely rooms, comfortable bed. Nice kitchen, common room. Helpful staff.

Disliked: Slightly out of town - 20 min walk but thats ok. Didnt include breakfast.

Liked: Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Cool decor and peaceful surroundings.

Disliked: Other guests smoking in their rooms (when it's forbidden), though this isn't really the hostel's fault.

Liked: Great chill out area and huge kitchen. The staff went out of their way to help us, recommending restaurants, things to do and also calling the bus station to get times for our journey to Novi Sad.

Disliked: Not very central in location but it was easy to get a tram into the old town.

Liked: We found very friendly the staff of the hostel. the building and the rooms were nice and had a lot of light. Safe,clean and not noisy place.

Disliked: It is a bit far from center walking but tram stop is very close if u don't bother using it.

Liked: Very friendly staff

Disliked: It was a really fun hostel and a great place to meet ppl, but I won't recommend for couple to stay there. Ppl were having so much fun there that they shouted and made noise even at 5 am!!! And there was only one bathroom at each floor for around 14 ppl!! Definitely very inconvenient!!!

Liked: Really friendly staff! The place is clean and nice, with a nice kitchen and living room (big enough for meeting people!).

Disliked: The hostel isn't in the center but you'll take about 10 minutes to get there by tram. The tram isn't free anymore (I was mislead by the other comments).

Liked: Good hostel for seeing Zagreb - safe, easy to find, good location for the centre of town...etc.

Disliked: Good for single travellers, but not that cheap for couples/ more- as private accommodation is cheaper for an apartment than a hostel bed- in off season anyway.

Liked: The staff works so hard at keeping the place clean. Friendly people who stay there and work there.

Liked: The staff was great! Very helpful. I liked the diversity in visitors. All age groups and many nationalities. Kitchen and rooms are clean.

Disliked: The location was about a 5-10 min walk from the tram stop Kvaternikov Trg. In residential area, because of that it's quite (which can be a good thing) you do need to have a walk to get to the Konzum or any restaurants. They have one bathroom (shower, toilet and sink)per floor. It wasn't too busy when we were there, but if it's full it's 12 people with 1 bathroom which might take some time.

Liked: It was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly. The neighborhood is peaceful and quite close to the center, you could even walk, but the tram station is just a minute away.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
