Liked: Receptionist were very friendly and helpful and spoke English well. Very close to main square about 3min walk. Location excellent, close to a market and lots of cafes.

Liked: This was a GREAT place. I really liked my single room. Great brick features. There was a strange leak one day when it rained, but it stopped and was quickly cleaned up by the managers and I got a discount on dinner next door. Great restaurant run by the same folk! Everyone who works at the hostel is SO nice and helpful. The level of smoke however coming from the stairway (where breaks are taken comes in, and is quite annoying. . . along with the guests who smoke in the accommodation room. But the facilities are very clean and new...it's in an awesome place right by the main fruit and veg market. Very trustworthy place, in all senses. I highly recommend it and am going back next time I'm in Zagreb.

Liked: Amazingly central location and very clean. Plus the two girls working in the hostel were lovely. But they charged a 10% surcharge on bookings through Hostelbookers (over the price if you book direct) and they don't give you a key for the front door, so if you come back late at night you have to knock up whoever's hanging around after-hours in the restaurant downstairs. I prefer to be able to slip in quietly when I get back late!

Liked: Very nice hostel in the centre of Zagreb. Clean and well run, water temperature was a bit dodgy when I was there, but there was another shower so it's not a big problem.

Liked: great location, in the city centre. the hostel looks new and is very clean, we stayed in 3 bed dormitory and room was very nice. but girl who was this day on a shift didn't let us stay in the hall till 12 becuase she had to clean. moreover she told us that the taxi is close to the cathedral and she didn,t know that this day all streets in the city centre were closed because of some church holiday so we had to go by foot to the railway station. besides this fact i can recommend this hostel!!!!!
