Liked: Hostel Lika is a great hostel, with clean rooms and facilities and a pleasant common room with TV, DVD player (DVDs can be borrowed) and free internet. While there are rather a lot of rules to be followed, the place is well run and the owners friendly and helpful - they have traditional Croatia food available to buy some evenings, great information on where to eat and shop locally and create a good atmosphere at their small bar in the evenings. No kitchen, but that's not important for everyone.

Liked: Its a good hostel with friendly and helpful staff. The only comment we have is that the bathrooms cant be locked. Furthermore, it is a bit confusing that there is a tramstop called Slavonska and one that is called Slovenska. But altogether it was a good choice!

Liked: It was nicely decorated and had a nice atmosphere, the rooms were a good size and the whole place felt foreign, like you were really on holiday :D

Liked: VERY clean, great people working there and taking good care of the hostel, felt very safe and locatioin was just perfect for catching the bus to the islands and back to the airport... would definately recommend and would stay there again.

Liked: It was ok but nothing more. There were no locks on second floor bathrooms. Linen had seen better days and you had to make your own bed. Some members of the staff were really nice, others not quite so. The check-in and check-out times were very strict.

Liked: Marco the owner was great and brought us out to get drunk, and helped all the guests mingle and make friends. They recommend a great restuarant in Zagreb and the staff are more than willing to help if you've got a problem. I'd stay here again, even though it is a bit out of the city centre

Liked: Great place, very modern and accomodating, clean and comfortable. Reallly helpful and friendly staff.No kitchen, and only hot beverages and alcoholic drinks bought directly from the hostel are allowed.

Liked: It's a nice place to stay, next to the main bus station, only 5 minutes to walk. Tram around the corner, but preferred to walk to the centre. Internet 24/7 in case you have a laptop (wlan). Common room closes at 22:30 which I didn't mind (same for access to internet in case you don't have a cpu with you). The bathrooms are clean as much as they can be if used by several people. I liked that the place was in a very calm area, so you would definitely get the rest needed after exploring Zagreb.

Liked: The hostel is conveniently located near the main bus station and was easy to find. The staff was really nice, the rooms clean, no problems here. The only problem was that at the time we were there 2 of the 3 bathrooms/toilets did not have any key to lock the door ><
