From the Jelacic square take tram number 6 in a direction to railway and main bus station, on the seventh stop get off. The name of the stop is Slavonska, pay attention, not Slovenska.

If you are arriving after 11:30 pm than take a night tram number 31 which passes also by the Main Jelacic Square, The Main Train Station and the Main Bus Station.
