Liked: Tv room was really good, and the location was great.

Disliked: Our door went straight out onto a balcony leading down to the street and was constantly left open so I don't think it is that secure. We had to leave really early but we were woken in the early hours by other people in the room turning on the lights and shouting but this isn't really the hostels fault.

Liked: Location is second to none; right in the heart of the city. The dorms were lovely and the ensuite a rare treat! Leo is an invaluable member of staff, so helpful and friendly, he makes you feel so welcome! Common room is lovely and loads of books/info/ideas to help you make the most of Zagreb. There's a bar downstairs, the cafe street 1 minute away, tram around the corner, This is the best place to stay in Zagreb!!

Disliked: Common room and therefore fridge closes at 11pm. A very petty complaint!

Liked: The staff are so freindly and helpful, they really made this stay great! The location is perfect, right in the centre of town, the facilities are good and clean. Best place to stay ever!!!!! A home away from home!

Liked: The hostels staff were awesome, the best we have ever experienced, had so much fun meeting so many different people. The location was excellent, right in the center of town. The kitchen facilities were good as well

Liked: We had the couple's apartment, which was great, decorated in a cool way. Very big and clean, with a kitchenette. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location is amazing, it's a few metres off the main square, which can be got to by a free tram from the train station. Great value for money.

Liked: Great location just of the main square in Zagreb. Very close to plenty of bars and restaurants.

Disliked: When we got there the shower was blocked; however the problem was sorted very quickly to be fair to the staff.

Liked: Its location is completely central to all of sights, cultural and party areas of upper old town and easy to get to the rest of the city. Everywhere is within close walking distance.

Disliked: Creaky spiral staircase upstairs. Closing of the common room at 11pm.
