Disliked: It is a bit cramped, but with such a good location you can't be picky.

Disliked: Attitude of the staff, the wobbly spiral stairs, random people coming into our room during the night.

Liked: The members of staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was fairly generous and en suite is always good. Various people brought food treats for the hostel guests to enjoy!

Disliked: Breakfast wasn't included, but I suppose the food treats above made up for this.

Liked: Relatively big rooms. Good wifi. Staff were nice. Close to the main square of town.

Disliked: No way near enough showers & toilets for the amount of people in the room. And the stairs were dodgy, very dangerous.

Liked: A decent place to stay in Zagreb, in a fantastic location. The girl on the desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was not too bad and there was good wifi access.

Disliked: Strange interconnecting rooms, means that people have to walk through one room to get into the other. Also, could do with more showers - one between 6 is actually a bit of a push.

Liked: Great location and lovely, very helpful staff!

Disliked: There is only one shower and 1 toilet for 14 beds BUT we had problems/long queues but in high season it could be an issue!

Liked: good location. helpful staffs.

Disliked: the staff switched off the airconditioning at night because she said it is cold enough. we had to open the window and there were a lot of insects.

Liked: Nice people, good common room, fantastic location.

Disliked: Dorm door was never really locked, so anyone could come in (theoretically, although nothing happened in our stay).

Liked: The staff are incredibly helpful (especially the girl with short hair and glasses and the American girl - can't remember names I'm afraid!). They were both so welcoming and are assets to the hostel!! Its a lovely place with a good atmosphere and in a great location. Pity we only stayed one night!

Disliked: Nothing, its perfect! :)

Liked: The location is just perfect, right on the main square, really easy to reach from the main train station. The atmosphere is great, very relaxed and easy-going, it's extremely easy to know other travelers.

Disliked: I had to go to the other room and sleep on the floor, cause in my room a fat guy was snoring like I've never heard in my traveling Life, but I guess this is totally not the fault of anyone.

Liked: The hostel's staff is extremely helpful! We loved chatting with the receptionist and getting advice for bars, restaurants and clubs during our stay. The location is also a major bonus, as you are truly at the heart of Zagreb.

Disliked: The ceilings were very low and it felt like we were in an attic. You also have to make your own bed.

Liked: Very centrally located and easy to find. Helpful staff, comfy beds and decent bathroom facilities.

Disliked: Very noisy, which is what you get when you are right in the middle of everything and not really the hostels fault!
