About Villa Dalmatia

The town center is 10 min drive.There are several beaches nearby: Diklo beach-the belt near the sea 2km long(500m), then Borik (hotel) beach which is sandy /pebbles beach(500m), Puntamika beach with several beaches since it is a small peninsula(800m), and Vitrenjak beach suitable for disabled persons with a sandy playground for children and a bar(1km).The first shop is just 100m from the house and the supermarket is 600m away. The bus stop to the center is 300m from the house. There are some very good restaurants(sea food, meat, pizza places, traditional dishes..) in the area: Roko(10m), Niko(900m), Mijo (500m), Mamma mia(300m).

Accommodation Information

Villa Dalmatia offers 4 apartments with 6 balconies, 3 palm trees in the garden, parking for all our guests. There is one big terrace under the palm tree that all our guests can use for reding relaxing or simply having a cold drink). All the apartments are well equipped with kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, airconditioning, they are spacious and sunny. They all have tv/sat and free wi fi.
There are 2 apartments on the ground floor; one for 2 people (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, balcony), and the other one for 4 people (bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining room, balcony).
Then there is one apartment on the 1st floor for 8 people (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, kitchen and dining room, big living room).
And the last apartment is on the 2nd floor) for 4 people(bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining room and living room). It has a big balcony with the sea view and private grill.

Location Information

The area is peaceful,it is called Borik/Puntamika and yet close to a lot of activities:there is a spa center close(500m), water sports, restaurant just opposite the Villa, shops and different beaches.
