Liked: Nice clean room and kitchen with a balcony from which we could see the sea! Had a nice welcoming atmosphere as the family lived below. Very near an ice cream shop and supermarket

Liked: Nice large villa quite close to the beach (far from Zadar though) with very correct rooms and bathroom.Even if the landlord was not here when we came he let signs with my name and the room was open with the key so there was no problem to check in.Overall it's good value for money and ideal if you have a car.

Disliked: Nobody is here to welcome and advise you (except if you arrive without car and request the taxi service), we only saw the landlord a few minutes.

Liked: The best thing about this place is that the owner has a taxi and will take you to the airport early in the morning. It takes about 15 mins and cost us 100 Kuna in total.

Disliked: When we arrived there was no one about, we could just hear someone cleaning upstairs. It was a woman who we told that we had a reservation and she just pointed to a room, the key was in the door. She did not speak to us, she just said Passport and then continued to clean the room next door. We had to then go find her to give her our passports. This property is not within walking distance of Zadar, you have to get a bus which costs 8Kuna one way and the last one back from Zadar to Bibinje is early at 22.30. A taxi back to Bibinje cost 80Kuna.

Liked: Not terrible to find from bus from Zadar, but not quite near anything. Hard to get in contact with owners and interaction with them was a bit confusing - the gentleman told us to speak to his "ladies," but the only lady we found couldn't speak much English or German and just walked away when we and other guests tried to talk to her. Zadar was nice but I'd stay somewhere else next time.

Liked: It was nice and clean.

Disliked: It is difficult to get into Zadar without getting a taxi from the owners. The owners werent very helpful and didnt give any maps or information on the local area.

Liked: The apartment was really great, with the kitchen inside, and for a chep price.

Disliked: The bathroom was outside the room, and the second nigth we had to share it with another 2 girls

Liked: The property is located a few minutes from the beach and in front of a bus stop and small supermarket. There are also other supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants walking reachable. Touristic information, excursions and bus timetables are available in the apartment. It was very clean and you get a good place to stay for not much money.
