The house is near to the center of the old city (500 meters). It was built in the year 2000. It takes 10 minutes by car to reach most of the city beaches, and 5 minutes walking to the center.

Shops, restaurants, rent-a-scooter and green market are very near the apartments.
Apartments are air-conditioned, with TV and satellite receiver for watching digital channels from Astra and hot bird. The kitchen is fully equipped, with electric cooker, oven and a big fridge. Bed linen, towels, tourist tax, Wi-Fi internet connection, parking in front of the house.. are included in the price. Possibility to use grill in the yard behind the house when agreed with the house owners.
