Liked: Clean and nicely presented room. Excellent location. Very friendly owner with useful info and she helped with airport transfer too.

Disliked: Nothing. Note that the double room is very small, so best for single or couple.

Liked: Good location near the palace. Small but well laid out rooms making the most of the space. We really enjoyed our stay!

Liked: The property's location is wonderful for visiting the Old city,it's in the city center.The owner Lidija is very helpful to us.the furnitures of the room is newly decorated.It's a small room but she used all the place very well.it's a good room for staying short time .

Disliked: apartment steps are a bit narrow, but it's not important.

Liked: it was ckean. The landlady was very helpful. efficient and respected our privacy. The bed was huge and very comfortable as were the pillows. I wonder where she got them from. We recommended this place to other travellers we met along the way.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike at all. The only comment is was it was very 'compact'. You could wash your face whilst sittong on the toliet. The room we had was not really for 'big' people. The small staircase could have been a problem if you'd had one too many drinks.

Liked: Good convenient location to Diocletian Palace in Split.

Disliked: The room was right next to a restaurant with outdoor tables so it was quite noisy.

Liked: The room was wonderful, so comfortable, modern, well equipped, tidy, clean. Besides it was in a good location, easy to reach walking anywhere you wanted in Split. The instructions to find the house are very precise and the owner is a really nice person. I just have nice words about Split Central Guesthouse and my stay in Split.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: Close to everything < 100m of bank, restaurant, cafe and old town. Recommandation from owner for closed by restaurants.

Disliked: The owner doesn't live there. No common area to meet the other tourists in the guesthouse.

Liked: Central location. Owner extremely helpful and friendly. Airport pick-up for excellent price.

Liked: The room was nice, neat and clean thought the bathroom is very small. Location was great, very close to RIva.

Disliked: When we arrived, we could not find the owner. We called her and learned that she was on the way to another city, forgetting that we would check in on 17th August. If you`re willing to stay here, make a call before you go that you would not wait in front of the door.

Liked: The only good thing about this place was the location. Would not recommend for reliability.

Disliked: Unreliable, don't expect the owner to actually give you the room you booked even if she sends you confirmation. Tired when we arrived, and told, without apology that she had ''overbooked,'' and she could only offer us a room somewhere else (where we would have to get to with all our heavy lugguage), or a basement type ''cell'' with no air conditioning, but a noisy ceiling fan. We took the basement room but were not happy that despite booking 3 months ago she had still overbooked. We suspect this happens a lot. The room was very small and noisy, as it was right next to a restaurant that did not shut down until 12am at night.

Liked: Great location in old town and no traffic noise as in a pedestrian area.

Disliked: Very cramped - too small.

Liked: The location; and the lady who rents it out; she's very friendly and helpfull.It is clean.The bed sleeps good.

Disliked: It is very very small...not bad if you stay only one night but longer it gets on your (and your companion's) nerves...You can not move around at all. Only a bed and a cupboard, no floor-space at all. And the toilet is really minimum-size. There's a shortage on warm water for the shower.

Disliked: This is not really a guesthouse as the proprietor is not at the location. Make sure you agree an arival time with the proprietor otherwise they won't be waiting for you!
