Welcome to the Guesthouse Miki and Ana! Affordable prices, good location and friendly staff with more than 20 years tradition will make your stay pleasant and safe.

We offer charming accommodations at two amazing locations both in the historical centre of Split, a 5 minute walk from the Diocletians Palace - the heart of the city and not far away main bus station and harbor.
Guesthouse consists of 7 accommodation units.

1. Two of our double rooms have a terrace overlooking the old town and sea.
The bathroom is shared and it has a shower and toilet.

2. The other two double rooms with private bathrooms.
These rooms are completed with private bathrooms and a little kitchen and are fancy decorated.

3. We have 3 more rooms in an independent stoned house at the other address, also in center.
This is a two floor house and it consists of 3 rooms, two bathrooms and a big kitchen with a dining space.
ALL OUR ROOMS ARE AIR-CONDITIONED.
We provide:
* All the necessary free info and maps to navigate the city and optimize your time (and your money, too)

* Free welcome drink and traditional snacks
* Free local phone calls
* Free heating during the winter and air fan during the summer
* Free towels and bed linen
* Free hot showers
* Free luggage storage
* All taxes included in the price
* The price includes all utility costs (water/electricity), bed linen, towels and final clean-up.

Also available:
* Airport pick up service arranged upon request 2 days prior to arrival for the cost of 35 Euro per car;
* Agreements with restaurants, scooter and car rental, tour companies and ....if you ask for more: no problem
