Liked: The location was very close to the port and bus station, but that was the only positive thing! Although having reserved a room with hostelbookers, "Ana" had given our beds to someone else and provided extra mattresses to other guests that hadn't made a reservation in advance. All they could offer us was a very uncomfortable couch to share, resulting in no sleep at all that night! There was also no hot water in the bathroom and no lock on the door. This hostel does not provide a satisfactory service!

Liked: The location is great, and Ana is being helpful if you ask her anything.The mum and dad (who owns the place?) are also trying to be nice but speaks absolutely no english.Unfortumately there were no airconditioning in our two rooms, not even a window! It was too warm and claustrophobic.No self catering facilities and the (24 hour)reception is not really a reception. I had to wake up the owner one nigt because the doorbell was ringing while he was asleep on the couch!They even keep their bookings on a small piece of paper,- we got our two rooms booked in advance only because somebody else didnt show up.All in all none of us felt very secure..

Liked: I stayed here 1 night, they lost my booking as well as at least 5 others. So the hostel was full and we were crammed all the corners of the hostel. There were even 2 people on the lounge. The do not manage the bookings at all. If you walk in there early in the morning you are more likely to get a propoer bed, than if you make a booking 2 weeks in advance

Liked: It's more a family's apartment than a hostel....more of a guest house I guess. The family was really incredible and super sweet and I really had a pleasant stay. Not a place to meet many people but good place to hang your hat. (I have to say thank you to the young girl taking care of the hostel....I'm sorry I can't remember your name, but you are awesome and so mature and responsible!!)
