Liked: Contact Amy was very helpful. Had a few problems with the original room but was upgraded to a better one at no extra cost. Location could not be better, very central. Very good value for money.

Disliked: There is no reception area so all communication was via text/email but this was not a major problem.

Liked: Located right at the heart of the architectural gem.

Disliked: If I have to be picky there was a conditioner in the apartment which was not a problem as it has two windows on different walls and we could have a nice breeze. There was not a tv-set which again was not a problem as the apartment is located literally 2 minutes walk from Peristil and Cafe Luxor whith live entertainment practically every evening.

Liked: It is a far possibility to discover and enjoy the oldtown for far price.

Disliked: The bathroom is a very small one.

Liked: The location was good and that was it.

Disliked: Stuck in a room underneath the loudest family ever. They lived there aswell. The women cried for 3 full days. There was shouting and banging non stop. His bath was above my bed, he would run it at 3.30 every morning.Felt like i was sleeping under a waterfall. Huge damp patch above the bed from the bath. His dog barks non stop too. A couple of hours sleep a night. The lady was 1 hour late to meet me and never heard from them again once i had paid...A big NO NO!

Liked: Excellent location!

Disliked: No mirror in the private single room, also a shower curtain would be useful as the bathroom is very small. Water was cut off for around 12 hours at one point but was fixed within a few hours of notifying the owner. If you don't have a mobile though it will be very difficult for you to communicate as the owner doesn't live in Split. Lots of noise from residents in the room above. There is a tv in the room but doesn't work so not sure why it's in there. No maps or tourist card provided. Overall though I enjoyed staying here though and would stay again.

Liked: The single room was clean and good enough for one person. The shower room was very small but modern with hot water. The location is excellent - in the atmospheric stari grad.

Disliked: There was alot of noise from the family living on the floor above. The noise proved to be a problem if you want peace after a hard days sightseeing.

Liked: Location was perfect, meant that it was easy access to the all the facilities that are to offer in Split.

Disliked: We able to hear everything from other rooms, particularly a dog above running up and down a room. The ensuite is very small, to use the toilet meant I was half in, half out the door not a pretty site.

Liked: The contact person was extremely friendly and arranging things trough sms was no trouble at all. The location is perfect, cafes for breakfast are just behind the corner.

Disliked: The room wasn't very clean and there were all kinds of stuff in the cupboards, making them useless for me. Also the bed is a foldable sofa, not a real bed. With a little effort and very tiny investment this could be made into something great, so it is a pity I now feel I can't really recommend it.

Liked: The location of the studio was excellent as it was situated right in the heart of the old city and was very convenient to all restaurants, bars, shops, market and transport. The kitchen facilities were good on the whole.

Disliked: The apartment could have been a little cleaner on arrival. The grill in the cooker was dirty and the floor needed sweeping. There was also only one tea towel, no kettle and no where to put clothes except for a couple of hangers on the back of the door.

Liked: Couldn't have asked for a better location. We had the room with ensuite bathroom, very basic but all we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: The property was great value for money, had all necessary facilities, was in a very central location but wasn't too loud to sleep at night like many of the other well situated rooms.3 of us slept in this room comfortably for 4 nights and it was perfect for what we needed it for.

Liked: Excellent location and great to be in the thick of the atmosphere - felt very safe here as travelling alone. Unfortunately there were no other guests staying at the same time so I did not meet anyone else who was staying here. However although I did not meet the owner she arranged for someone to meet me and take me to the property and then texted me later to check all was OK. I would definately recommend this property - it was clean and had hot water although in need of slight redecoration it did not spoil my stay.
