Liked: The location is fantastic, the decor is lovely, and it was pretty cheap.

Disliked: We stayed in the "room". The room is tiny, which is okay, but there is a bookcase and a dresser and a television and a desk, all of which could be removed in the interests of providing a bit of space. The bed is the worst I can remember ever having slept on - it left me barely able to walk each morning. The bathroom is so tiny that the toilet paper needs to be balanced on the flush button of the toilet, and one wrong move will send it into the toilet bowl. The shower is hand-held and rests on a cradle at waist level, so you can never have both hands free, which was a problem when the shower curtain fell down while I was showering. There are also drainage problems, which mean that the floor of the bathroom is always covered in a stagnant pool of water - you have to put a towel on the floor outside the bathroom to keep the water from flooding the bedroom.

Liked: Very nice decorations of the room. Perfect location 5 minutes away from the center and the green market. Friendly and helpful staff. Conditioner.

Liked: The property was decorated well and has good facilities

Disliked: Small. shower broken so the bathroom was like a swiming pool. unclean

Liked: The owner is not by the stone house, and he can`t speak english.and by arrive, guest need to call to the owner, really hard to communicate.There´s air condition, but air change is difficult. (because it was under the 1st floor..when open the window, it comes sand of street and loud noise of motorbike)Location is very good.

Liked: It was a suprise that the room was below the street level,so we didn't get much daylight in .Otherwise the room was nice with character.The tiny bathroom instead was terrible:no hooks to hang the towels to,the lamp was just hanging from wire on the side wall so that it didn't give much light to the mirrow (which was broken) .After taking a shower the floor was floating. The kitchen utensils were quite poor. The location is great,near to everything in a quiet area. Compared to other places I've stayed in Split I would say that this one is a bit overpriced .Appropiate price would be around 35,- euros.

Liked: It's a 3 story apartment that can sleep up to 7 people. It's right in the centre of the old town and only a 5 minute walk to the port. The only issue was getting into the property when we arrived, make sure you have the phone number as no one will be there to let you in!
