FROM SPLIT BUS OR TRAIN STATION OR FERRY TERMINAL

From Split main bus or train station, turn right.
From the ferry terminal turn left and walk towards town.

Airport and Taxi arrivals find themselves at Pt 1 or 2 on map.
Catamaran is near to Pt 2

Walk the short distsnce to the walls of the palace and turn Rt so the sea is at your back. Walk alongside the palace walls. After about 60 M you will see and entrance "gateway" into the centre on your LEFT, do not enter. KEEP WALKING up the same road and after another 60 M you will come to the end of the wall. Turn to the LEFT and you will see a large tower. Walk towards this tower. After 60 M you will see a large "wizard" like stutue on your left (Grgur Kniski, very famous if you get lost) Continue on the path, past the tower on your RIGHT and you will come to a few steps down and an "entrance" into the "back" of the Old town. Go through this entrance and then take the immediate "street" on the RIGHT. Walk along here and we are number 10 on the RIGHT. With a BLUE DOOR...IF you get to "Cafe Biofora" you have gone too far.
