Villa Luketa is located in the heart of Dalmatia, only 6 km from Split. In a Mediterranean ambient you look out with a view of Split and surrounding area, the sea and islands, Villa Luketa offers you well rest and comfortable accommodation in apartments and rooms.

Villa Luketa, located in the center of the town of Podstrana which is situated 6km from Split and approx. 100m from the hotel complex, Le Meridien Lav. This villa which is in walking distance of the beautiful Podstrana beaches, offers you accommodation in three star apartments.
In close vicinity of the Villa Luketa there are restaurants, coffee bars, convenience stores, cultural-historical monuments, a church, promenades, beaches, sports facilities, hotels with all extra facilities, casino, spa center….
We have our own private car park for our guests. The guests staying at the Villa Luketa on the Podstrana Riviera have the privilege to enjoy the specially chosen furniture, equipment, colors and the view overlooking the central Dalmatian islands of Brač and Šolta, and the city of Split. In addition, the guest will have at their disposal the recreations center in the near-by Le Meridien Lav Hotel, a small sized children’s playground, table tennis, bicycles, library, use of various games such as darts, cards, chess….
The specific location of our villa allows our guest to enjoy and relax in the charms of a typical coastal Dalmatian town. (Only cash payments accepted)

Accommodation Information

The apartments have been furnished with the best possible furniture, keeping in mind the needs and taste of our guest. Each apartment has air-conditioning, comfortable and contemporary furniture, a kitchen, dining room, with a large bathroom with WC, a large balcony with a beautiful view out on to the sea, the islands and the city of Split. Each balcony has a set of table and chairs. All apartments are equipped with TV/SAT (approx. 500 channels.

Location Information

With its favorable location, Villa Luketa can offer a large variety of additional activities. At the near-by beach you can hire jet-ski boats, peddle boats, gondolas enjoy water skiing, tennis, small field soccer as well as attend skin diving school. In the near vicinity you can go and play a game of bocchia, go mountain climbing, jogging, bicycling or walking.
At the request of the guest there is the possibility of organizing excursions (Split, Trogir, Dubrovnik, Hvar, Omiš….), rafting, fish picnics, various celebrations (birthdays, dinners which include food produced locally such as Dalmatian prsutto, cheese and fish caught in the Adriatic sea… or even, breakfast served by the pool while enjoying the morning view out onto the sea.
