Built in 2005 and open all year round, our family-run villa provides spacious and stylish accommodation, with large balconies overlooking the white sandy beach.

Modern, elegantly furnished villa located only few kilometers from the ancient Diocletian palace offers its guests during the whole year an excellent accommodation in spacious and comfortable apartments with a large terrace and a sea-view. It is an ideal place for tourists as well as business people due to proximity of the city of Split and excellent traffic connections.
Designed to offer cozy but still original atmosphere, Villa Stipe will please you because of the imaginative design and the facilities offered by a fusion of a modern and Mediterranean style.
You can relax on its terraces while having your morning coffee or watch the sunsets in this little and romantic location.
Sea is nearby so you can freely enjoy the sea and various water sports like sailing and surfing, but if you prefer something different, golf courses are very near as well as the canyon of river Cetina where you can explore the countryside or descend the river while in a rubber boat (rafting).
The vicinity of Split only few km away gives you the possibility to visit this magnificent Mediterranean city the center of which makes the ancient palace built in the early 3rd century by a roman emperor Diocletian.
Lovers of art and history can spend days there sightseeing the old city walls and numerous museums, old churches and antique temples from the roman period. Various cultural manifestations take place during the whole year, but still, summer is very special time because of street performances, music festivals and Split summer festival when theater performances take place on the main palace square.

The nearest airport is near Split, about 30km away while the ferry port is only 10 minutes drive.
