Liked: The location of this guest house could not be better in the whole of Split- right in the Palace- amazing. The lady who's house it was, was lovely and did everything she could to help. You are basically renting a room in her house, so you have your down airconditioning, TV etc.

Disliked: The owner's son (30's?) greeted me at the door when I arrived with no shirt on and just very poorly presented which I thought was unprofessional and inapropriate and therefore made me feel uncomfortable. Because you are sharing their home, you are using the same bathroom, kitchen etc that the family use and I felt as though I was encrotching on their space by being there. While I was cooking my dinner the family was sitting down in the middle of the kitchen eating their dinner and none of them spoke English except for the lady owner, so I just felt not very welcome and uncomfortable. But lovely place, the lady is great, and EXCELLENT location.

Liked: Location location location! It is in the mere centre of the UNESCO world heritage. Also, the owners took time to explain the best sites and tours and made a lot of useful recommendations. I felt very welcome.

Disliked: If you leave the windows open you hear a lot of noise from the restaurant downstairs;

Liked: I highly recommend this place, Inchy and her son are really friendly and helpful and its location is great - its actually in the Diocletian Palace which is a must see while in Split. Very clean.

Disliked: He does smoke in the kitchen area at night, but it didn´t bother me that much anyway and the smell doesn´t go into the rooms - the friendliness, helpfulness and cleanliness more than makes up for it.

Liked: Owner help me to wash my clothes and overnight dry and keep my luggage after check out. I can use apartment PC to surf internet. although center in old town, it was not noisy at night.

Disliked: it's bit difficult to control temperature by air conditioner, it makes too cool the room. but I did not need it in mid August stay.

Liked: We loved everything about staying here! Location is perfect and the rooms are awesome! Great value for money and Inchy is always there to help! Definitely recommend.

Liked: The owners were wonderful! They were very friendly, helpful and welcoming! The location was perfect and is right in the center of the Diocletian palace. The room and the bathroom were clean.

Disliked: The only thing I disliked was the smoke, but other than that, this place is perfect and I would highly recommend staying here if you don't want to be in a hostel or a hotel!

Liked: Excellent and very clean rooms in a small guesthouse. The owners were very helpful and friindly people. The location is brilliant as it is right in the centre of the palace.

Disliked: Being so small it is difficult to meet other travellers if you are alone

Liked: The family is very helpful and friendly....make u feel like home... the guest house is very clean and tidy...... they get all the facilities which u need.... wifi is very great.. . location is very great...just in the city centre....

Disliked: Definitely second hand smoke....the family is heavy smoker...but u cant say anything,,cuz this is their apartment.... if u expect this is a hstel...u will be dissappointed....cuz it is just a guest house..and there are only two rooms...and u may find it difficult to meet others backpackers...but this is okay for those who dont like socialize...(and thats me..)

Liked: I stayed one day at Inchy.. The place is very clean and organize, the owners is really friendly and helpful.. The location is perfect in the middle of the Palace..

Liked: Inchy & Boris were very helpful and friendly. You have use of all kitchen facilities, washing machine and internet. In a great position.

Disliked: This place was great but at times we found the smell of smoke to be a bit overpowering.

Disliked: there were only two rooms it was described as a [place that had many rooms so we didnt meet many people other than the family living there!

Liked: Very nice location and Inchy has been very helpful. We stayed in a double room and it was quite cozy. We even got a big TV in the room which was a bit surprizing.

Disliked: The building looks a bit dodgy and unsafe at first sight. But once we got to her apartment in the 3rd floor, it's totally fine.

Liked: I stayed here for 4 nights and it was an absolute pleasure. The staff were kind and friendly, the room was clean and the location was unbelievable--right in the heart of the Diocletian Palace, a stone's throw away from the Belltower.

Disliked: Nothing!
