Liked: We stayed for 5 days in the private room and loved it. Inchy's is in the perfect location for the town and the beach. The hosts were absolutely lovely and we really felt at home. Breakfast was included and normally consisted of good bread, meat and cheese. They also had fresh drink and fruit for us whenever we wanted. The rooms were air conditioned and very comfy. We were also given towels and had our clothes washed and dried (amazing for travellers!) We had the use of the computer with free internet which was extremely useful!Overall, for two 18 year old girls, it was perfect!

Liked: The location was perfect. The hostel was right in the middle of everything. It was very easy to find your way around because the hostel owner new the area well and could give a lot of good advice. The atmosphere was great and I felt welcome right away. The rooms and the bathroom were very clean. It was great getting fresh bread for breakfast! An extra plus to the staff that made my stay very delightful. I will definitely stay here again if I ever return to Split.

Liked: The location is amazing. Located right inside the walls of the old palace. You cannot find anything closer to what you want. Helpful advice and a relaxed atmosphere. We were able to get information on everything we needed right from the start.

Liked: Great location, you couldn't get more central! Very close to the port and also just a 2 min walk to the square where Eastern Trekker meets. Nice, clean room with a fan (def need that!). Lovely lady Ileana who runs it- she does an awesome breakfast and is really helpful and speaks good english.

Liked: Our host was extremely friendly and did her best to inform us of all Split's attractions.The location was superb and exceptionally good value for money.

Disliked: The only down side for me as an asthmatic, was the smoking in the kitchen.

Liked: Inchy was so helpful and friendly. She gives excellent suggestions of places to go and places to eat. The beds were super comfortable and Inchy makes you feel very welcome and does whatever she can to make your stay happy and comfortable.

Liked: Inchy and her son were INCREDIBLY helpful and generous with their time and advice. The guesthouse has an ideal location in the heart of the Palace. I got all that I had hoped for, and more (in the form of the excellent olive oil-dipped tomatoes and cuttlefish prepared by Inchy). Highly recommended!

Liked: Great place to stay. Very small and family run but that is what I love and in preference to big hostels. Only a couple of rooms but the place makes you feel right at home and tell you LOTS about Split which is really helpful. It can be a little hard to find as you are actually sleeping in the old palace area BUT you just need to call and directions are given. Only thing would be due to it's size you won't meet many other travellers but it's not a bad thing, it means you get a good nights sleep and if you are travelling with someone else you don't need to meet people anyway. Great relaxing stay

Liked: We chose this place to stay, as one advantage definitely was the perfect central location. Directly in the middle of World Heritage Site, the Diocletian Palace, Inchy rooms is the perfect starting point of strolling through beautiful Split. Just a few minutes walk will bring you to the seaside, to attractive restaurants and bars as well as beaches. Inchy is a very kind and caring woman who offers two rooms to stay, which were both very clean and comfortable. Positive was the opportunity to use the kitchen and the computer (internet) as well. We were also very happy about the fair price per night - as for backpackers or students it´s ideal. You can be sure to get enough for your hard-saved money. In comparison to anonymous and expensive hotel-sites near Inchy´s guesthouse, you will be warmly welcomed and treated as a family member. Thanks for the nice stay!

Liked: Diocletian's Palace is in the center of Split, and Inchy Rooms is in the CENTER of the Palace. Amazing location, minutes from everything. Inchy is a very sweet woman who rents out two of her extra rooms (a dbl and a trp) in her apartment. My girlfriend and were on a backpacking trip and stayed in the dbl. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in Croatia. The price is on par with other guest rooms (a.k.a. sobe) in Split, however, the central location makes this a much better value. I would highly recommend this guesthouse.
