Liked: the location was brilliant, the staff very friendly and informative, the beds were comfortable. everything was great.

Disliked: due to an error on my behalf i was moved to thier sister hostel. the fact that they were able to accommodate me even though i booked the wrong dates was great but the sister hostel was certainly not my choice of hostel. but again they accommodated me when i made an error so extra big thanks for that.

Liked: The location is great and they have a nice common room.

Disliked: No breakfast and no kitchen

Liked: Friendly staff and the location is pretty close to everything.

Disliked: The hot water does not last long for the shower and there is no kitchen.

Liked: The location is amazing and the staff is incredible. The shower water pressure is heavenly and they have a great lounge area for movie watching and a book trade off....this place is just wonderful.

Disliked: The washing machine was broken when I stayed here, which was a shame since I was looking forward to doing laundry, however aside from that tiny detail it was really an amazing place to stay.

Liked: It was convenient to my tour hotel, and air conditioning.

Disliked: It was a slight walk from where the boars, trains, and ferries let off.

Liked: Location was excellent, right by the old town and a short walk from the train station. There was free internet which was good.

Disliked: The security was very poor, the front door was open all day long and the bedroom doors didn't lock. There were lockers but they were pretty small, so not enough room for all your belongings. The cooking facilities included a microwave and a fridge - there was no kettle which was really annoying! The staff were knowledgeable but really unfriendly. There were times when you didn't know who worked there and who was a guest. The other guests were really rowdy and we woke up one morning to hear that one of them had shat in the corridor - seriously!

Liked: The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly especially in helping you get around split. Clean and tidy and so central to town. Also nice and small so it's easy to chat with other people in the hostel and make friends. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Liked: The place had air con and really good wifi.

Disliked: the staff were really unhelpful and would just walk into your room at anytime without knocking. The showers were cold at times too.

Liked: This hostel was in an amazing location, just a walk down stairs from the shopping streets and close to the main promenade. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I ended up extending my stay because it was really good and Split was so amazing!!

Liked: Clean rooms and bathrooms, comfortable, very helpful receptionists, great location, all in all wonderful, amazing experience.

Disliked: no elevator (not too much of a problem). Could be a bit noisy from the common room.

Liked: This hostel was centrally located, was bright, clean, and cheerfully decorated. Lockers were provided and the wi-fi was excellent. Overall a great place to stay.

Disliked: There were no ladders for getting onto the top bunks. Not a major problem but hardly convenient, particularly in the dark.
