Liked: the owner was very frendly and helpful, and the apartament itself was nice and clean.

Disliked: the smell from drainage pipes was terible so windows have to been open all the time and so lots of moscitos got in to the room and we couldn't sleep.

Liked: So cheap! Very private as you are the only guests. Very nice girl running it. The area where it is - though neither trogir nor split, is still a nice place to walk at night along the sea - with no tourists but still a few restaurants etc.

Disliked: Hmmm, you obviouslt know when you book that you must take the bus to split which takes half an hour. On the way back at night sometimes there is a wait of up to an hour between buses. Bus to Trogir quicker though.

Liked: Friendly hostess (recommendations for restaurants, places to visit), cheap, close to airport, not too far from the beach and essential stores.

Disliked: Quite far from Split (50 min. bus), no airco, so very hot, old furniture, really awkward smell from drains in bath/living room. Looking at former comments, probably not temporary. Only one cooking spot and not much equipment, so unfit for cooking a good diner mail.

Liked: Ivana is a wondeful host and welcomed us to the property in such a nice way. She recommended lots of things for us to do, and in particular, the restaurant she told us about was excellent and cheaper than other places we had eaten in around the coast. She also gave us a lift to the airport for a very reasonable price the next morning, which was perfect.

Disliked: It is quite far away from Split town (a 50 min bus ride) and therefore wouldnt be handy if you wanted to use it as a base to explore the city, However for us, we were flying out from the aiport the next morning so it worked out perfectly. The room didnt have air con and so was very hot, and also I think there were some problems locally with the drains, as the room was very smelly and quite disgusting at times! :{

Liked: Great stay! easy access to the bus.. bus into split is about 20 - 30 min so good for people who don't need to be right in the centre! very helpful owner! Shower smelt a bit funky but other than that it was great! very clean!

Liked: Ivana was lovely to deal with! Very helpful and very pleasant. The room was huge and great value for money. It was nice to be out of the main city away from all the tourists and the location was great for getting to the airport.

Disliked: There were a few bugs and the bathroom smelt a bit.

Liked: In a very quiet location about 30 minutes bus ride from Split and 20 minutes from Trogir. Beautiful little town to stay in and very quiet. Ivanna is a very helpful hostess and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Disliked: it takes a bit of time to get into Split (where one can catch ferries to the islands of Hvar, Vis and Brac) but it wasn't such a huge problem

Liked: In a very, very quiet neighbourhood. Need to go to the bar if you need internet, but it's not too far from there. You get enough privacy as well.

Disliked: Literally midway between Split and Trogir, so quite far from both of them. Also, I had to duct-tape underneath the door to block access to the ants that were roaming around the room.

Liked: We liked the garden in front of the house, all houses here have gardens with vegetables, flowers and trees - and the nice young female landlord. There isa little window high above in the room (no outview) and the furniture is a bit shaky,but for this really mini-price you can't expect a top-apartment, only the smelling was not really fresh, so we sprayed a bit of our perfume. The highlight is the goodrestaurant not far away on the see-side with favourable prices, which, I think, Ivana is her name, recommended us.

Liked: The room is made from garage of the hourse, but it's made in a beautiful way, clean and charming. The one of the advantages is budget price and very nice and healpful owner. I will recomend it.

Liked: This is a beautiful place to stay for a couple wanting to get away. It's alot further away from the center of split that I thought. Make sure you take them up on the offer to pick you up from the bus/ferry for only 100kuna. Wonderful accommodation. I very much recommend it.

Liked: The property was very nice and clean, located in a nice area between the mountains and the beach. There is a bus stop, from where buses drive to Split and Trogir and to the airport. It is a nice apartment, where you get a lot for not much money. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and provides touristic information. I would recommend this property to everybody.

Liked: Washing machine available, although it's extra paid. Haven't noticed any A/C neither. Place is covered with mosquitos, which is quite annoying. To the sea, you've got 10 minutes. Besides that, facilities offered are numerous and the proprietor was extremely nice and helpful + good spoken English. Got some brochures with tourist info as well. And extremely CHEAP!
