Liked: Excellent location right in the middle of the Old Town, don't be put off by having to go down the little side street to get to it. There was more space than we expected, fridge, kettle, small seating area and a separate decent sized bedroom with air conditioning. It was perfect for what we wanted to explore Split. The owners were helpful, we had let them know we would arrive late and there was someone to meet us, they also arranged "Split discount cards" for us on our first morning which were free when you stayed 3 or more nights in Split, but we hadn't been aware of.

Disliked: Don't expect any views, it is a great base, but not a luxury pad. Also worth knowing you have to go up some steps to get to it.

Liked: The property is very centrally located, as it is the only room the facilities are that of a small apartment rather than a hotel which means that you are very free to do as you please. Nice traditional property.

Disliked: Kitchen facilities somewhat lacking (only a fridge and kettle)

Liked: Location is very good, close to the old town, very convenient. There is a fridge provided so help to cook food, but no kitchen.

Disliked: The room is comfortable but not so clean.

Liked: Fantastic if you are travelling as a couple or as friends. It has a fridge so we could get in breakfast to keep things cheap! Also has a sperate sitting area as well as great air con (needed as it was 41 degrees!) and small but perfect bathroom with a shower.

Disliked: The instructions on how to get there were confusing. it said walk for 20 mins it atually meant 20 meters! So it is right in the centre of the city, just outside the palace walls. Fab location! It took 15 mins to the stoney beach that we were told needed a bus to reach... Just follow the coast round until you reach a park and walk through it!

Liked: The family who own the apartment are lovely, very helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is simple, but had all that we needed for 1 night stay. In a fabulous location!! Literally just around the corner to Diocletian's palace and all the great restaurants, cafes, bars along the waterfront of Split. Would definitely recommend this to friends, family, anyone interested in staying in Split.
