Liked: primarily the location.

Disliked: The room was too small to store our luggage. Fortunately the room next door was free so the owners let us leave our suitcases in that room.

Liked: In general we would recommend rooms tomic. It's only 5 minutes foot walk from the Riva. We had two rooms, of which one was a twin, the other a double. The double room was very small, humid and stinky. The twin bedroom was fine. So ask for a big twiin bedroom in the corner or even better one with balcony.

Liked: Rooms Tomic is more like a 3 star hotel than a hostel. It had everything we could have asked for though, ie it was clean, good hot water, excellent location (about 15 mins walk from ferry and bus terminal), (5 mins walk to good restaurants, internet and laundrette and money exchange), comfortable beds, homely feel and good air conditioning, and about a 10 min walk to the Diocletian Palace (centre of town). Like I said though, it is more of a hotel than a hostel, so not the best for meeting other travellers, but a very comfortable place to stay and get a good nights sleep, would definitely recommend if thats what youre after.
