Liked: the owner offered us an upgrade to an other appartment closer to city because we were too early. So nice of him. We ended up with a much bigger appartment for the same price as the other. Wonderfull appartment with view on the see and luggage room. Very practical. About 900m from the bus station.

Liked: The location was good. Good for access to beach and bars.

Liked: Smiy and very helpful staff. Next to the Bacvice beach, which is the best place to enjoy the sea and the nightlife in Split. Also close from the old town. The room was small but very clean and well equiped. I would defintely recommend that place !!!

Disliked: The shower curtain is pointless, the bathroom turns into a lake when you take a shower, besides that small detail nothing

Liked: Free wifi, air conditioning, 5 mins from beach, the owner came and picked us up from the airport free of charge which was very kind.

Disliked: We were there for 7 nights and the cleaner never came so we ran out of towels a bit - maybe bring a couple spare.

Liked: Really small room. Not close enough to the Old town. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

Disliked: Too small. No windows apart from a door that opened out into an alley way. It felt like you were sleeping in a box. Too far from the main port and Old Town. Very difficult to navigate at night. Unpleasant.

Disliked: the car was left parked outside, and one day I found my windscreen cracked.

Liked: Close to the beach, with own parking place available.

Disliked: We had to ask somebody to phone the owner to bring us the key. The owner wanted us to pay the full price although we already paid 10% deposit with the booking. He said that Hostelbookers took the 10% and he does not receive it.

Liked: LOCATION.

Disliked: THE PLACE IS NOT A BUNGALOW IT IS A BOX BUILDING SITUATED NEXT TO A FISHING TACKLE SHOP WHERE THERE IS CONSTANT NOISE. THE COURT YARD AREA IS SURROUNDED BY HUGE GATES WHICH MAKES IT VERY DEPRESSING. THE KITCHEN IS POORLY EQUIPPED HAD TO ASK FOR KETTLE AND CUPS. THE COST IS £40.00 FOR 2 PEOPLE HARDLY A BARGAIN,

Liked: Great location, really close to Bacvice Beach. Martin (I think that was his name) was so helpful that he even dropped us at the ferry at 6.15 in the morning while it was still pitch black! The room/bathroom were really clean. There isn't a telly, but why would you waste time in your room when you are in Split?! There is a small fridge in the room too.

Liked: It was close to Bacvice Beach which was nice. At night the road this property is on is quite busy so motorbikes all night, then on Sat night there is a local nightclub so constant stream of noise walking by all night!

Liked: Very confortable stay here. Room was a bit of a sqeeze once the backpacks were unpacked but the kitchen was an added extra as we'd only paid for a room. Would absolutely recommend it.

Liked: Location good for old town (5-10 min walk) and good for beaches 5 min'Supermarket also 5 min' away.Room was quite spacious and had an adequate kitchen area for a short stay.Could have a mirror in living room area.all linen provided.Had an outside place to sit at but no real view.Safe and secure enough.The brothers who run the properties were very good,helpful and friendly.Very good overall.

Liked: We stayed in the self contained unit with ensuite. Had everything we wanted. Its a little far from the old town where its all happening however its only 5 mins to the beach. Very comfortable place you would not be disappointed.

Liked: We lived at room Kate. This is close to the city beaches, but about 15 minutes walk from downtown Split. The room Kate itself is ok, but not more than that. There is no nice place to sit outside, and there should have been a few glasses and a knife and fork so that the fridge could be more easy to use for breakfast etc. Where the air fan from the bathroom to outside should have been, there was just a hole in the wall, and the lack of a plank on the floor between the bathroom and the bedroom made it hurt when your feet hit this space. Else, the room was ok cleaned, is small, but has what you need for just a sleepover. Its not a room that appeals to spend much time in, though.The service, though, was really good. They picked us up and drove us where we wanted for free the day we left, and the place where the main office was (Solurat 22) was so much nicer than the place where room Kate was (Viska 5). Maybe its better to rent rooms at Solurat because of the nice surroundings there and because its close to the city centre.
