Liked: Clean and comfortable
Disliked: Felt like a trip back to the 70's and pretty sure we were sleeping in grandma's room, due to the clothes in the wardrobe!! Also, didnt get the en-suite we paid for, would have paid £20 for this room, not £50 odd!

Liked: Very nice and clean rooms, with smal kitchenette, nice bathroom and A/C, all in wonderful colours! Good facilities for the price, and nice tips and advice to be had from the landlady.The walking distance to the Palace will be roughly half an hour, and not the fifteen minutes as stated. Buses will however regularly pass by and take you there, if you're not up for the walk.

Liked: The owner was not honest... just a dirty and terrible room just a bed and broken clothes chest for us although we book a double room with ensuit. Just becasue we are so tried to arrived there, so we havn't changed the room. after the first night.... we asked her to change a better room.. but still not ensuit. That hostel is very bad and make me have bad memory in my trip.

Liked: Nina the lady who met us, was so friendly and helpful! And also the owner drove us back to the Railway station when we left at 0700 in the morning at no charge!

Liked: Hostel is in a quiet location about 15 mins walk from the centre of town, or a cab is 40 Kuna. Hostel is very clean & owners are helpful & friendly. I would stay there again, however the air con consists of a fan & maybe a portable air con unit if available.

Liked: Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Villa Angela is quite a walk from the town centre, but the no. 18 bus stops practically outside the door. It was excellent value for money, I would definitely stay there again.
