Liked: Great apartment! It was really big with 2 bathrooms and a cute little balcony. Much more than we expected and definitely value for money. Location is great. Right near everything you need. We were picked up from the station so we knew where to go. Definitely recommend!

Disliked: The air con was too loud to leave on at night but they were waiting to get this fixed so it's probably sorted now.

Liked: The location is great, the apartment is well equipped (washing machine for example) and Marin (owner) is very nice and helpful.

Disliked: As neither positive nor negative thing it is to say that if feels a bit like living in someone else's home since the apartment is well furnished and decorated (contrary to a 'sterile' hotel room).

Liked: very big appartement, nice bathrooms, nice balkony in the kitchen, normal but good outfitted kitchen.fortunately for our trip with good washing machine and air condition. we also suggest to see the sun rising in the morning by sitting on the rooftop!!! its soooo nice! you have a wonderful view over split. The staff / owner was very helpful by answering all our questions!! We can highly recommend this nice place!!!!

Liked: A localização é ótima, o apartamento é super organizado, limpo e bem equipado. Só o chuveiro não era muito prático. Mas gostamos muito de ficar lá.

Liked: Our host was kind enough to come and meet us when we were unable to locate the apartment, he was also full of helpful information about Split, parking, etc. And the room was very spacious for 3 people. The location is great, right next to the main promenade in town.

Disliked: It wasn't the property, it was trying to drive our rental car to this location. I think if someone were getting off a ferry the Marin would be easier to find. Split is simply not a city made for cars, or parking them.

Liked: The bathroom was clean and modern with a powerful shower. the bedroom was light and felt spacious. Also great location literally a few steps away from the Riva. but the fact that it is 3 floors up means its quiet too.

Disliked: You cannot lock the door from the hallway to the three apartments. you can only lock your bedroom door, not even the bathroom and hallway.

Liked: The property is very well located, just beside de old town and Dioclesian Palace so you don't need a car to move in Split. The apartment has a very good view too. The best of the apartment was Marin, he is so helpful and kind that you wouldn't imagine anything similar. He helped us with our luggage, he lent us a mobile charger, he told us where to eat good and cheap, what to visit and he also took us to a very nice bar where to have a drink with an amazing view of the city. The most important, the police took our badly parked car away and we called Marin for help. He phoned the police and came with us to collect the car, he was really very helpful and friendly. We really felt we where in good hands.

Disliked: Maybe we missed a lift. The property is in a 3rd floor of an old building with no lift. Anyway the staircase is wide and Marin helped us carrying the luggage up stairs.

Liked: Fantastic value for money and in a really great location, right on the edge of Riva. The room was comfortable and offered everything you could need from an apartment. We phoned Marin when we arrived and he was there within 5 minutes to let us in and answer any questions we had. It was a very easy stay.

Liked: The owner, Marin, couldn't do enough to help us out. He had a repair person coming into the apartment, and to thank us for allowing them in he brought us a gift of chocolate, juice and beer! He was very helpful finding ferry schedules and suggesting beaches to go to and areas to see. The location was perfect - right beside the palace and close to everything you could ever need.

Liked: The view on the sea from the balcony is not so easy than described.The apartment was comfortable but the entry of the building must need some paint.The apartment has character and atmosphere; the kitchen was well equiped.

Liked: There was a fridge and stove and had we stayed longer we could've stocked up and saved some money on food. The location was pretty sweet though, it's right at the end of the main strip in Split. The only thing that wasn't great, was the fact that there were a lot of stairs up to the room which isn't great for old people, or people with lots of luggage.

Liked: Marin is wonderful - perfect host: friendly, helpful and speaks English really well. Very good value and the best location for staying in Split - outside the noisy areas and in a romantic and picturesque location. Yet just 10 minutes walk from the bus station/ferry port. Also has wi-fi which is great for onward travel plans.

Liked: The location of the apartment was excellent with supermarket and restaurants just around the corner. The owner met us at the bus station and helped us find our way to the apartment. Also when we departed he met us at the apartment and helped us on the way to the bus station. We strongly recommend this apartment since we belive the value for money is very good and the location is close to unbeatable.

Liked: We stayed at Apartment Marin for 2 nights before we did a cruise out of Split with Sail Croatia.The location was fantastic as it was close to the Harbour and all the attractions. We stayed in theself contained apartment and it had absolutely everything you could ask for, DVD, sterio, wireless etc....Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Split as it is great value for money and Marin the owner is a really helpful guy. Perfect place!!!

Liked: Apartment Marin was so amazing. Before we arrived we had been staying in massive dorms and it was such a relif to stay in our own room. The owner is Marin himself and he is so thoughtful. Left juice in the fridge for us before we arrived and tea on the shelf. So many extra towels and blankets. We asked Marin where was good to eat/ go out and he offered to take us around to get the real tase of split. I have been traveling for 3 months now and all I want to do is go back....

Liked: Great, central location and Marin was really friendly and helpful - very chilled. The one room apartment was perfect for the two of us for a couple of nights, right in the centre but quiet. Comfy bed, sofa, TV, wifi and aircon. There is a fridge and a couple of cups and plates. The bathroom is private but across the hall.
